how i understood quran is first read about the quran. you need to know how many surahs and in each surah there are many stories. background is critical. without it , it becomes hard to comprehend the ayats just from the verses. what has helped me a great deal is looking at the why this verse was revealed and when. there might be many verses connecting but they are from different stories. hence it is important to know the background first.

Except Allah , there is no true power. In Arabic language if someone wants to specify any specialty, first it is denied and then expressed with that to whom some someone want point .
for example there is no God except Allah . Same was here |
