LOAN and INTEREST

   Assalamu alaikum, Just recently someone referred me to a loan company and I checked it out and it was good for what I wanted to do and that is I want to work as a loan officer in that company that gives out loans to people. My concern and question is, since loan companies gives out loans with interest, Is it permissible for a muslim to work  in such environment or not and what verses from the Quran and Hadiths supports this?
