Words are attaching to me! only

   When my mother talks to me ususally saying mean words or now words I cannot remember I feel like there is so much value in what she is saying, the words become value and attach to me, definatltelly I do not Believe in the value she is saying, only the words become attach to me and it should not, i am prefering please.I am requesting a dua to give me Allah prayer. No more feeling her words stuck to me. Please a dua.
