Thought experiment. The central bank of a nation state is generally owned by government. Why not get the central bank that holds government debt and consequently write off government debt? Central Banks are not like businesses with private owners (unlike the FED). The concept of endless credit. Every year the central bank could write off government debt end so called austerity fund a universal basic income and invest in society e.g decent social housing a decent pension etc

For example the state owned bank of England could cancel the British governments debt on a yearly basis creating endless credit for the benefit of society

130  countries have backed a 15% minimum corporate tax. Its a big idea. How about a universal basic income for the truly destitute? There are children scouring rubbish dumps to sell recycled plastic and eat thrown away morsels of food. They should be at school getting an education. If a nation can afford an army why can't they care for the poor?

Why not work for free get everything for free? Just a concept

Why not roll out a decent universal basic income to guarantee a quality of life that gives people dignity?? The greater the universal basic income the greater the GDP. Or is that not eco-friendly??

Is the greater the UBI & GDP not eco-friendly? Are we supposed to live like Fred Flintstone? Is the fourth industrial revolution about poverty?TRANSMUTATION OF THE ELEMENTS. Get it right and industry rolls on for eons.

Headline. Universal basic income in Wales would cut poverty in half.
The research carried out by leading think tank Autonomy found a UBI would decrease overall poverty rates in Wales by 50% and child poverty would decrease by 64%

A trial in Wales of 2500 people the report finds  could cost £50m with adults being paid from £60 per week.

Note: £60 is not much Job seekers allowance is up to £74.70 per week.

THE GREATER THE UBI THE GREATER THE GDP & QAULITY OF LIFE

Thought experiment and concept -material parity and material utopianism.

Work for free get everything for free?. Up the scales of production and a Ferrari becomes as cheap as a lada- or a Harrod's hamper becomes as cheap as a bag of food- arguably material utopianism. No doubt material utopianism isn't eco friendly-please see the thread on transmutation of the elements. Arguably Make every car an air scrubber and within a few generations billions of air scrubbing cars would reduce air pollution

Observation-  should a right to dignity and a guarantee of a quality of life be a human right? Should three nutritious meals a day access to clean water free education and healthcare be human rights?

EDIT+ I've just been watching SKINT on YOUTUBE. POVERTY IS UNACCEPTABLE. I DONT CARE HOW YOU DESTROY AND END POVERTY BUT END IT

Why doesn't the FED absolve bad debt and right it off assuming it would be written off anyway? Why not absorb the national debt and right it off? Remove the bitter blood so to speak.

Why did Wesley snipes get incarcerated -861? To the best of my knowledge there is no legal code/guidance that stipulates that you pay tax to the FED AS ITS A PRIVATELY OWNED COMPANY. WHY NOT NATIONALISE IT AND CANCEL DEBT!! Is the fed a true central bank given its privately owned??

THEME- DEBT CANCELLATION AND SOCIAL PROGRESSION
