Masjid Community Plan

As Salaam Brothers and Sister,

All Muslims are commanded in Islam they are Ummah(a people/community). Muslim of all ethnic groups and sects can share community and resources and improve living, safety, quality work with time for self, faith and family.

Analysis: The Muslim world is suffering from extreme poverty and corruption. The ruling nations of the world have their own social agendas that are gradually making people/nations lose control of their resources, access to work, useful work, destroy communities and families. And the same agendas are also taking control of all resources including knowledge and information and even religious institutions to make Muslims/other live as the ruling groups and secular policy demand.
-- Much of Secular culture and traditional cultures practice the magic of Babel. Muslims are struggling with this corruption. Muslims are also struggling with the social policy of some Nations. The secular and other policy follow practices from mystery religion and the magic of Babel and expect people to follow the beliefs. This include being able to enter the connected psychic mind(like the Jinn).

In talk and kutba, a speaker could say Aa-La or Profit. People aware know the speaker is talking about the metaphysical culture. People not aware could think the speaker said Allah or Prophet. This is wrong and divides Muslims. The Metaphysical culture over thousand of years has tried to infiltrated family, groups, cultures and religion and have tried to recreate all in the image of its beliefs. The Muslim community will teach all Muslims that the practice of the magic of Babel is not to be practiced or believed in as commanded in the Quran. This will be told to the community in Kutba, in School and at work and other important places.
The Quran says:
-- To not form or be a part of secret groups. -- And warn that secret group are from the Shaytan.
-- Not to practice of magic (sex rituals other). -- Do not be a part of secret talk or twist word to give them other meanings.
-- Speak the best of speech. Listen respond to the best/purest/most logical meaning in talk.
-- Believer in all times can live free and good and with safety if they follow Islam as commanded by Allah.
In talk: people should hear and speak the clearest and most simple ideas -- Car is a car. Cat is a cat. Green is geen a color. Muslims can have clarity, truth and freedom and peace and live good if they follow true Islam as commanded by Allah. Muslim come from all peoples and experience the world in different way. Allah, in the Quran, call all Muslims a Ummah, a people. And Muslims are commanded to accept Islam and their Muslim identity before their ethnic or cultural identity. All Muslims can share community and resources and use pure Islam as their social policy/agenda for their ethnic identity, how they live, have sexual relation, the Muslim sexual identity, policy in trade, economics and other.

Project Brief – Masjid Community Plan
Zakat: Is a spiritual tax payed on the day of Eid al Fitr. It can be given to a person in need but it was also collected in the time of Prophet and Caliphate to provide community structures. By using annual zakat-money communities structures can be built. This is not a political document.
Not about a few doing all the Work: like a business work will get done because people do the work as their occupation. Not Ark-project: Muslims working together can live free and create places people can be safe and work on purity of character and faith. Inspire others and create positive planing to future events.
Notify people: Masjid Community Plan 2018. All Muslims of different ethnic-groups and sects will share Masjid and community. Using banners, kutbas/talks, education-stands newspaper, magazines, online sites and social media sites.
Funding: Zakat, sadaquah can be used directly or increased by other money.
A chart: Amount of money collecte and the areas the resources will be spent.
Centralized: Masjid, offices-community management, important services. Few Masjids people together to develop better resources.
Non-centralized: States-wide Business/structure water, work-service, waste-pick, travel, markets, support and other.
Existing communities/Institutions: that already exist can use the services to improve.
The Muslims community is one. The modern family moves several times; sharing with Masjids in any and the same State can help communities keep balance in community and resources.
Work-Offices:
Management/leadership, Ethnic-guidance, Imam-Scholar, Education, Communications, Family-individual-help, Water, Sanitation, Market open air-inner-shope, Merchant-trade, Caravan, Health, Technology-eco, Farming, Security, Travel, Land-nature manage, inspection, finance, administration.
Agro-Farm Business: All communities will have a nature based business that is at least 50% of all work in the community. This is necessary because no economy can have service work as the primary part of the economy(50 or more) without being able to generate large amounts of currency money from some other source. Populations also become dependent on other to eat because most human labor works in the service sector. This can quickly leave people with little real resources to live with and palaces over the necessities of life in the power of corporations, governments and other. By communities having a large part of work from nature. The community will naturally have a direct connection to the true resources for living. By supporting foreign home communities the Muslims community as Muslims respect each other, trade freely and travel freely among Muslims.
-- Fair work, 5-6hrour work days, many different work areas including business, laboratory, processing, engineering and technology, machining, automotive/mechanical, health, veterinary, herbology, botany, frontier and many others.
Money Potential: the farms use multiple crop-per acre to produce more diverse crops and increase money.
Security: Grown on beds that are removable from the ground for fast transport if needed.
-- Halal, quality inspection, part of all education levels.
-- People of all ages; Strong bodies, character; responsibility.
Municipal utility services: Garbage, toilets/other recycling/compost-fertalizer-facility serves.
Money Potential: 2000 people using utilities at $90 per month is $2,000,000+ annual good money, low, cost, low risk and services to most Muslims in State/Region. Work for many using proper Adab. Can keep-State services and pay less.
Ethnic-Guidence: Ethnic-peoples equal/equivalent representation and guidance in all community areas. Help solve ethnic bias and difficulty for unity. Work together in a united office with all other ethnic-groups; people can be helped by anyone/same ethnic group. Groups workout how to share common prayers. Other-services halls of the needed size.
Community-Leader: People in rotation as managers from all work areas. Work together with staff to manage community leadership each work-area is rotated(seasonal other) for equal/ equivalent sharing between ethnic groups. Open to adults all edu. level because assisted by support frm wok offices;decision made by the united group.
Work-Area Manager: rotation seasonal; all ethnic-groups; all skill levels if willing to work with the more skilled.
Travel: Support inexpensive-quick and safe travel. In State/Between State - Van/Bus-Taxi.
Lower-International travel cost. Example - Muslims live in 5 States-all need to travel to the same destination. Muslims in 4 of the States, going to the same location can take a flight/transport in the States 5 Air/ Seaport this will lower the cost of flight/travel to that location. Or deals can be requested for groups.
Direct Trade: Muslims buy most products from commercial groups and wonder why they do have not work or unity. Commercial infrastructure are independent businesses and they have their merit and people will continue to buy from these sources; but each business exist to achieve their goals and not the goals of faith and the development of the Muslims community.
– If Muslims brought Oranges directly from Muslims living in the Holy Land, they would be directly increasing work and money for people in that location.
– The community structure plans could also be used to improve the quality of life and enjoyment, improve buildings and structures.
Unity and progress: Muslims of all peoples-ethnic-groups can share community. Muslims of the many sects/schools of fiqh can share community. Local and foreign home communities can be rebuilt, healed and progress. By Muslims opening home communities to safe and responsible interaction, direct merchant-work, building, education, travel and halal free marriage between Muslims from all ethnic-groups they can create progress and continue free movement of people and resources between their lands. Allah earth is for all people and with respect and care Muslims can have unity.
-- Support for foreign home communities progress/development, and direct trade and business. Improve the ability to marry.
-- Open Masjids with quality services for all.
-------------------------------------------------Design and planning
Communication-network: All communities/Masjids institutions in a State shared email group, teleconference each other and other Sates Central Masjid. Any group/structure that receive zakat to all-agree the money will be sent to a large and known organization that accept the temporary responsibility. That will balance the money and pay it out incrementally to chosen work-structures in all most States to be used to begin immediate hiring and the work projects. After 1 year or other, the Zakat Muslims pay will not be sent. It will be managed by centralized Masjid/structures in their State.
Design-early stage: The Project design can be used for improving existing community structures or expanding with additional structures; and help large community share space.
-- Accordion/swivel bookcases wrapped on pillars-pulled out to shape (sound lessening) walls with doors for large, medium and small-halls.
– The full hall can be used for a large Jamaat prayer. Or the bookshelves can be expanded to form numerous rooms and halls. Large, medium and small halls for classes, lectures, smaller prayer halls and other uses.
-- Modified trailers tents and traditional building methods: Quick expansion of community structures. Trailers are greatly less expensive and can be redesigned in short time. And are quick to build and use immediately.
– Trailers side by side/atop; form attractive and large, full Masjid, offices, edu's, market, housing.
– Designed with pillars, windows, stairs, lift-elevator behind-stairs, prayer halls.
Water and power: Independent solar cell and battery power units. Trailers use low power design in all electronics and energy using systems. Natural-light/seasonal aligned structures sun/shade heating-cooling. Large portable water holding tanks. All three designs can be used in existing structures or in trailer units.

Work-Wages: Equal pay lower the cost of products, housing others to employ many and full living. No resume required, most work areas open to adults of all education levels. Work needing Higher edu/skills hired or rotated-in when gained.
Apply for work: online before project start or in person at a Masjid. Positions rotate seasonal/other. People should take work available and be rotated into desired area. Security will be one of the first structures built.
Work days: 5-6 hrs, two or more shifts. Time for faith-family. Ethnic groups equal/equivalent presence in all work areas. Already hired-no resume. Health-Check before work. Minor background check but not affect work-status; near immediate start.
Free-movement: Similar work in many States. People can travel and work in other States and the locations where the work structures is built. Communal Work: To all many people to experience working in the many work areas, people can rotate into almost-any work area-Seasonal. But will work 1 other work area at least 1 season annual or every other year.

Talk about options. Youth begin real work at 13-15. At-16 graduate-full work, higher study.
Metaphysical Culture of Initiation Work and School: The Muslim community respect all people and their culture and people have the freedom to live as they choose if it does not harm the rules of the Muslims community that all Muslims in faith agree to and that people of other group agree to in respect to their own religion or in respect to not harming other people in benefit of the community.

Security at centralized and many location throughout the State and places people live. Security to prevent stalking, harassment and social agenda demands to follow secrete socializing rituals and seasonal ritual events including expected sex. Protection from-electronic frequency harassment and torture. Including sensor identification of source-proof that it is unlawful to harm others. Wired phone/internet and shielding built into many structures. Edu. working with other communities and faith seeking safety.
The Guided Caliphate: At the end of year after paying community needs governors sent remaining money to the treasury in Madina. The money was used on important works and/or given equal/equivalent to communities across the world. If communities choose to send remaining moneys. Not political-like existing charity offices there. Rotate the duties that people of all education/skill/color-group can help this work. Office work: Administration, shipping/receiving, accounting, Inventory, traditional/modern Caravan, nature-restoration, community healing.
Umra/Hajj: Guides sent ahead of Masjid group going to the Umarh and Hajj; all communities can show their respect for the holy places by having community members present every year. Some can serve as guides from the same community.
--------------------------------------Marriage 

Hawa/Eve(as) is actually called Zuwajika; Prophet Adam's(as) married partner. Showing the importance of marriage to a healthy society and Man-WombMan relationships.
– Muslims marry with free choice and preference, at healthy ages.
– Marriage is not a privilege all Muslims with logic, are part of the community and at times of health and opportunity marry.
– Muslims do not stop people from being able to marry or accept social agendas that demand people not be married or marry in harmful or abusive way.
– Men and Wombman are in healthy numbers and there is no need to accept social agendas that demand people follow other ideas of relationship. Muslims must not accept social agendas that could be intentionally trying to create imbalances in the number of men and wombman for force other ways of living.
Health Rehabilitation: Not new. The Community support holistic living. Designed into the community structure at work, school and other will help people rebuild their health, vitality and social feelings of good. Holistic community can help people feel ready for marriage, improve pure character with Allah in mind to keep marriages together.
– Respect early-sexual maturity in mind/body for youth to improve helping youth marry when appropriate.
– Work and united community that works to practice Islam will increase opportunity for healthy marriage.
Healthy community can help people be protected from negative influences. Marriage is a powerful protection for youth.
- Other options for marriage are helpful and when used correctly can help many and help the next generation of youths Men and Wombman to be better able to marry as 1 Man and 1 Wombman.

Healing harm: The community is to help people that have experienced harm in family, community or agendas heal and be able to live a satisfying life. Improvement is designed into community. First with support for Islam that allow all people to have the opportunity to practice their faith with less stress and corruption.
Spiritual Balance: The Muslims community respect all people natural experience with the supernatural world. Islam give all Muslims a way of living that, if practiced with true desire to believe in Allah, creates balance in body, mind and spirit. This can be found in the united Muslims community and the true practice of Islam.
