So I want to get straight to the point here. So i'll make it as short as possible.
I accepted Islam around 2015. There are many things in Islam that i hated and questioned about, even to this day. But i accepted it after reading a hadith that one of the companions father accepted islam even though he didn't like. I came from a Catholic family. I'm the first Muslim of the family. Telling them didn't go so well. :( I took my Shahada online (Still don't know if it's valid though). Before hand i studied various religions. I was an agnostic theist (I believed in the god of the Abrahamic faiths but i was still skeptical); Even now i'm agnostic from time to time. I was attracted to Islam because it was a religion that continued after the message of Jesus. Of course i questioned the trinity for a long time because "1" makes sense than "3 in 1." The quran was a great book as well. I understood that most religious scriptures talk about the creator. But a book said to be from God himself was interesting. the practices were persuading as well. for me, this religions is very devoted to God even if i have doubts. Plus i like the idea that Science and Islam can coexist in some aspects. So i tried simplifying my story. :) |

Brother, The Rationality of Aqeedah of Islam is the best thing which settles the confusing mind of Humans who give it a thought. I congratulate you & pray for your success in this life & hereafter. There might be many things which you don't understand why Allah said so... But dear Allah Himself answers this, when He said, "There might be things which you don't like and it is better for you and there might be things which you like and it is not good for you. Allah knows & you knew not". (You can search for the exact ayah of same). Therefore I suggest you to study about the Rationality of Aqeedah of Islam, it enables us to submitt to it completely. :)
