When it comes to ahadith collections such as the one above and below you can take advice from them literally, generally speaking that is and act on it as they pertain to adab or muslim character and etiquettes not fiqh rulings which are a separate field of knowledge and require much deeper analysis of all the evidence. this also goes for the Quran or other ahadith collections such as sahih bukhari when they are referring to Adab, you dont need someone to investigate and see that allah is merciful or karim but you do when it comes to matters such inheritance and business.
