I thought this was a very good conversation.

When various Islamic groups committ murder & mayhem why is there no official outcry against this extreme violence from the world of Islam?

This is a very good question.

However you should know that Islam is not a political movement. Islam separates itself from politics in the sense that it is not a political party, but a Muslim leader should practice Islam and a Muslim majority country should implement the Sharia Law.

All Muslims should fight oppression wherever they find it so your question is a good one in why the Islamic political and religious leaders do not condemn terrorism and oppression carried out in the 'false' name of Islam.
