Some facts about terrorism

WHY AND WHAT IS TERRORISM

 This is a fact that, despite having several differences the Muslim world has been united with the tie of universal muslim brotherhood and religious faith, teachings and practices. A Muslim living in the farthest corner of the world keeps the same feeling as he has for his own family members, for the Muslims living in the other world. This strong tie of brotherhood and unity has been a great cause of jealousy among the western Christian dominated world. The western countries like Britain and America have tried several means to break the muslms apart, but in vain. Nowadays, they have adopted a new method of demoralizing and humiliating the muslims and the Islam as well. They have been trying to prove that the muslims are terrorists and their religion encourages terrorism. What a blame!!? After more than 1400 years of Islam�s introduction, suddenly Mr. Bush and his allies have discovered a new name for Islam in the 21^st century.

Remember, Mr. Bush, whatever your propaganda be, the people of this world are not an idiot or ignorant as you consider them to be. You seem to have adopted the great Napoleon�s theory that, �if you speak a false hundred times, it becomes a true�. Not at all! The greater part of the world that has a least commonsense, would disagree with this theory. Islam never teaches terrorism nor encourages it. Prophet Muhammad (SAW) had proved this through his life and practices. The person who has the basic knowledge of Islam would have known this. So, before you blame someone, know him first.

Now, let us focus on the issue of terrorism. A terrorist is an entity that forces someone, some group of people or the authorities of a territory to fulfill their demands with the help of threats, harms and injuries to life, property, concern etc. Importantly, terrorists do not have the same religion. They can be of various religion, ethnicity or cultural back ground with a same motto. In other words, terrorism is the religion of a terrorist.

Terrorism can be classified in three different types, according to their basic cause and nature.

1. Rebel turned revenger.
2. Obsessed turned revenger.
3. Muslim brother hood turned patron (or, active member) of mass destruction organization.

REBEL TURNED REVENGER

These people or organizations are not copious in the globe. In some countries like Srilanka, India, a large number of people, after being obsessed or deprived by the ruling (majority) class in terms of ethnic, racial or religious differences, turn into rebels and cause mass destruction of the government concerns and mass killings as revenge. But, their activities seldom cross their own country border. So, they are, some what, less significant in the global point of view.

 Many references can be given in this regard. Like Bosnia, Sarajevo, Herzegovina, Vietnam, Palestine, Iraq etc. where the obsessed mass has been turned into a violent group of mass killer organization. Among these countries, in Bosnia, Sarajevo and Herzegovina, the racial clashes/riots had been so intensive that it had been able to draw global attention towards their conflict, and the issue has been remaining a grave thing of global concern. The minority class turned into a hostile group of revenger when the greater class started force evacuation from their own houses, mass killing and severe oppression.

Let us take a look at the Palestine and Iraq respectively. The British govt., by doing justice(!) to the Jews that they should have had a home land of their own in Israel, after getting them rid of from Europe, forcibly occupied a vast part of land that belonged to the Palestinian people. America has been the accomplice in this whole scenario. After being deprived of their mother land, the Palestinian people have no choice left but to fight for their own home land. Significantly, most of the Palestinians are Arab Muslims.

In Iraq, the big brother Mr. Bush accused Mr. Saddam Hussein of retaining nuclear and chemical weapon of mass destruction (as if, Pentagon doesn�t keep a knife even!), and dethroned him after ridiculing the prohibitions of UNO and proving its fake existence. He killed several thousand innocent Iraqi people � many of whom didn�t know well either Mr. Saddam or Mr. Bush even, but simply got killed by the greed and ego of Mr. Big B. Now, what the obsessed people, who have lost everything, after knowing there is no authority to help, compensate or console even, would do? The answer is very simple. When a man is set back to the wall, he definitely, by natural law, will fight back for survival.

The cruelty of America in Vietnam is well-known to the world. So, it would be too much to mention about.

Since, as I have mentioned earlier, the Muslim individuals keep a keen feeling of brotherhood for the other Muslims living anywhere in the world, they feel sympathetic for the suffering Muslims. Although, their methods of supporting them is not always acceptable. Here, I would like to beg your kind patience to go to a quick flash-back. You see, wherever there is any political, religious, or civilian crisis in a country, America has, definitely, had its either direct or indirect involvement/interference in that particular issue. This is not a blame; rather a bright fact, which the powerful western media never like to disclose or mention about. For example, in Afghanistan, America has sowed the seeds of Taliban � Al-Quaida and supplied them with all the ammunitions and facilities in order to eradicate the Russian forces from the land of Afghanistan. Now, when the Russians are off from Afghanistan, America has stopped all the favours that it had been doing towards the Afghan people and started neglecting them. Afghanistan is a poor country. Can you guess where did they get all those heavy modern artilleries to resist the America and its UK allies� attacks, which killed two million Afghan people, for more than one month in the year 2001? Those are the stocks supplied by America itself to get rid of the Russian forces once upon a time.

As I have mentioned earlier that, there have been several subtle but organized efforts active to obliterate a class of people that has been more than one fourth of the global population and which has been a strong and lofty wall in Americas way to completely take hold of the global administration, called THE MUSLIMS. America and its allies know this very well that, until and unless they are making the Muslims weak and demoralized in all spheres, they won�t be able to achieve their goal (ill-will). So, especially in the middle-east where the countries are Muslim dominated and in the African Muslim countries, America has tortured and obsessed the Muslim population to the limit and beyond. As a result of this, fierce terrorist outfits like Al-Quaida and Lashkar-e-Toiba have been taken birth to take revenge on America and its allies. This is true that they are Muslims. But why they have turned against the western world so violently? This is not a sudden outburst of grief or anger, nor that the Muslims have rediscovered a new meaning of �Jihad� (War fought for religion � Crusade. Jihad is allowed only to protect the Islam against aggression. Here, Mr. Osama bin Laden and his contemporaries have been fighting for some purpose other than only Islam.). Rather the gunpowder of hatred, against the obsession caused by the western world, has been assimilated gradually in the hearts of the Muslims, and has been taken the shape of a mountain. Then, a small spark, - the results are 9/11 and so on.

I would like to conclude by asking a little question. Has anybody of us ever tried to know, why and when an ordinary human being becomes a dreadful terrorist? Let me tell you something about this. The very simple, natural and fundamental right and demand of every living being is TO LIVE. Nobody of us wants to die (rather prematurely). We all have our dreams of life, of our nearer and dearer ones. All (if not, most) of us want to live life in a simple way with peace and happiness. Imagine, someday, a group of powerful people invade your locality, destroy your houses and kill your parents, siblings and other in-laws; and you, somehow manage to escape. While in a shelter far away from your home, in a sleepless night, you are visualizing the flames rising high above the terrace of your sweet home, the terror-stricken cries of your brothers and sisters who have been butchered mercilessly, your helplessness at that moment, -- all generates a deep anguish and hatred towards the ill-willed invaders and creates a burning sensation of revenge that seems never to be end. If you are an able and intelligent man, what would you do? You know well, complaining to the authorities will not bring you back anything, since the miscreants are the allies of the authority itself, or the authority is too weak to help you. So, you may try to organize those who are also affected same as you, and may try to take revenge and will, definitely, be declared as a terrorist by the world. A man becomes hostile and doesn�t fear losing his own life when he sees there is nothing more to loose and when his meaning of life ceases to an end. There is no body to heal their wounds. The modern world calls them terrorists, suppresses the circumstances that have made them to be so.
