Islam me nazaron ki hafazat per bada zor diya gaya hai, per mai aise mahol me job karta hu ki gair muslim ladkiyon se milakat hoti hi rahti hai, aur unke zism to bas allah bachaye.

aise me kaise khud to bachaya jaye? kuch batayiye

It is a very important topic, and often people do not want to admit this problem. No one want to give up what they enjoy doing, it is hard. But harder the struggle, the bigger the reward Allah promises. Almost every man has this problem. Allah has given us some tools to overcome it.
There are a combination of things that can help.
1-Offering your daily salat on time.
2-reminding yourself each time there is an attraction and turn away your vision.
3-Clear your mind of bad thoughts when looking at girls.
4-Often ask Allah's forgiveness and help.
5-If your job gives you more chance to be where you feel you don't want to be change you job or work, choose a task that does limits you contact with those who cause trouble in your mind.
6-control yourself.
If you are not married, get married.

For a believer this world is difficult, a prison.

May Allah help us all to stay away from what is sinful, Ameen.
