It would be helpful if you could understand and think of these books as...
the testimony of Mark,
the testimony of Matthew,
the testimony of Luke,
the testimony of John,
regardless of who put pen to paper.

Muhammad did not write down the words of the qur'an, and neither did God... it took men to put pen to paper, yet you do not say these words did not come from God or His eyewitness, Muhammad.

The difference we have here is that you only have Muhammad to testify to his own witness,
whereas, with the Christian scriptures you have the testimony and witness of many, many people.

but it is interesting that Christians have attached Old Testament with the New Testament and called it the Holy Bible and count it as one book from one source, yet they differ and contradict each other both in contents and basic beliefs. The followers of Old Testament refuse and reject Jesus the Messiah, and the New Testament altogether. While you (Christians) made Messiah into God thus leaving the orbit of truth and all norms of basics of belief in Oneness of God against the teachings of the Old Testament.
This needed a big time correction and fixing. Loving God, blessed his rebellious creation again, with the Final Testament, the Quran. The only one book that teaches that all the prophets like Noah, Abraham, Moses, David, Jesus and Mohammed (peace be upon them all) were preaching the same belief, the worship of One God, or Al-Islam.
