   Asslam o alaikum,

  hope everyone is well. I have a long time problem which many people have. I cannot find any satisfaction in life. I can force myself to enjoy things right there and then without getting any satisfaction but nomatter what i get what i gain i  can never get satisfied. On the contrary not having anything practically gives me more satisfaction. This problem has constantly increased in last 10 years. I feel if this continues i will not be able to survive.

   I have prayed regularly since last 20 years , read quran do tasbeh. Nothing ever helps. I also have had many problems in my life but i dont think about them but still i cant live my life with satisfaction.
