Assalamu alaikum.
A good start, but only that Imam does not mean only the one leading the prayers. It is better to mean - The leader and especially a political leader- the Khalifa (Caliph). Without establishing the true Caliphate there will never be peace in the world. We have millions of them, yet there is no peace in any Muslim country. Friendship. Thanks Abu! I have bookmarked the page for future reference.
Can you (or anyone) explain why these Arabic phrases are used in English discussions? In many cases I suppose they are like technical jargon, e.g. "wudhu", which has a precise meaning in Islam that cannot be captured with an English word such as "ablution". But in an otherwise English message, why say "insha'Allah" instead of "God willing", for instance?

Assalamu alaika Ron Webb.
The downturn and confusion in the world today is caused by translating the Shari'a into Greek and Latin instead of explaining it as explained by Muhammad and his Sahabas. For example, a member of this forum translated Imam to mean one leading prayer. This is wrong because when Allah applied the term to prophet Abraham He did not mean one leading the prayer, for it that was the case according to the Bible that meaning became known only during the time of Solomon. Secondly, the same word is used to describe the finality of Muhammad- the Imam of those sent with the guidance of Allah. So Imam in real sense means a leader who guides all and sundry. There is only one in the exclusion of multiple Imams. Friendship. |

As'alaamu Alaikkum This is not probably a good thread to talk about this subject, may be you can start a new thread about the Caliphate. I'm sorry to disappoint you but you will not see another Caliphate. For one thing most of the Islmaic countries are run by despots put in place by the USA and they will not reliquish power to the people. Also the next Caliphate will be established when Isa (pbuh) Ibna Maryam returns, I thought you knew this already.

Assalamu alaikum.
Do not blame the USA. Blame yourself and your brothers. The USA has appealed to Muslim countries to establish the Caliphate, but because of their ignorance they cannot. Have you ever heard the story that late General Dayan said, "Israel can be defeated, but where are the Muslims?" USA and the rest of the West are fully aware of your deviation. Remember what the devil will tell you in Qur'an 14:22 and what you will request from Allah that Day Qur'an 41:29. Friendship. |

OK this is the proof that you are a deviant Muslim. USA and Israel are enemies of Islam and if they establis a Caliphate then that will only be a puppet Caliphate obeying the orders of the White House. You should concentrate more on learning more about your religion than trying to be be friends with the Jews whom God Almighty has forsaken a long time ago.

Greetings Abu,
You believe that God has forsaken the Israelites... the Jews... when time and again throughout scripture God has said that He will never forsake them? Even the qur'an affirms that the Jews and the Christians are God's people.
