What things can and cannot be done facing Kaaba ?

   What things should and should not be done facing the Kaaba / Qibla 
or having the back at Kaaba Qibla? 

As far as I know doing almost anything with the face  towrads Kaaba is Sunnat,
except
# Toilet/releasing impurities should not be done facing Kaaba or having Kaaba at back
# Bath= probably should not be done facing Kaaba, but I am not sure whether its true 
# Feet should not be towards Kaaba. But legs can be kept bent

# Sleeping= some say to face right, some say to face Qibla, some say head should be towards Qibla
