	Dick, what you are doing of course is working, it is working for you. If you are cold, you put on a jacket and it brings you warmth. When you are hungry, you get up and do something to eat and your hunger goes away. In other words you can make a difference for yourself. And that is a hundred percent achievement for yourself. After you do things for yourself, if you can, help others with what they cannot do for themselves.
