I have this in English but read as Arabic- can someone please tell me the meaning of this dua and what it signifies? Thank you very much.


'Allahumma layyin qalbi fulan binti fulan kama layyintil hadidi li sayyidina Da'ud alayhis 'salam'

Please read quran for that.. You will surely get the proper translation..
You should tell the people from where you get it. I mean page no, verse no, book as well

As Salamu Alaikum

It's not any ayah from Qur'an. It's an unauthentic dua. { As per my knowledge. Allah swt knows the best}

As Mariaford said, let us know it's source

Also Irum, from little arabic i know, though not the exact translation, the so called dua you shared means - O Allah tender/soften/melt the heart of so and so just as you made iron soft/melt for the prophet Da'ud alayhis salaam.

But again sis, i wish you know how far authentic it is
