Very True...

Another common occurrence in Pakistan, Elders "tick" the "I repeal my Khula Rights" box in the contract on behalf of bride, because it is considered a bad omen to have divorce related stuff at the onset of a Nikah... so later when things go bad - the women have to go through extra legal trouble because they cannot obtain Khula.

"O Lord, forgive me, my parents and Muslims in the Hereafter. O Lord, show mercy on them as they showed mercy to me when I was young."
