This is a very simple plan for your day during the holy month.a plan how to get the most out of the month that is filled with so much blessings.
_______________________

Time of Fajr: Pray Sunnah and fajr prayer and read at least 5 pages of Quran.

6am: keep on dhikr and dua'a until the sunrise.

7am: Go to work

8-12.30: At work (while at work try to make lots of dhikr and read Quran during your break) but if not at work, usually use this time to educate your kids on Ramadan and what it is all about.

1pm: Return home. Pray Dhur.

2pm: Prepare food for iftar.

3pm: Watch Islamic programs with your family and movies on the life of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.

5pm: perform Asr Prayer.

5-Iftar: Family time, reading Quran and talking in general about Islam.

Iftar: Pray and eat. Start with dates.. if not available some water. Don't forget Dua' at the moment you break your fasting.

After Iftar: Husband goes to mosque and wife puts her kids to bed.

Then it's your great time which you should spend reading Quran and praying.

Every night.. Ask Allah to keep you away from the hell and place you in the paradise.. imagine that it is the last night in your life ..

then prepare the sahur ( the pre dawn meal)

This timetable helps a lot to get thorough the month. It might not be a perfect one, but it helps not to waste this special time which is full of goodness and reward.

On the morning of Eid, you go to pray Eid prayers and make sure you paid your Eid Zakah before the prayer,.
During Eid, you get a feeling of joy and a sense of togetherness with your neighbours and friends which you might not get a chance to feel during the other months of the year.

And whoever seeks a religion other than Islm, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers(3:85)
