another act of cowardice!! Hackers hit website of top Iraqi cleric Al Sistani Agencies Published: September 20, 2008, 15:19 Baghdad: The official website of Iraq's top Shiite cleric Grand Ayatollah Ali Al Sistani has been hacked, according to a statement from his office. The hacked site Sistani.org contains a statement that accuses the cleric of issuing depraved edicts. It lists a contact e-mail that includes the words Tora Bora, an apparent reference to the Al Qaida hideout used by Osama Bin Laden. Al Sistani's aide said his office can open a new site if necessary. to view the complete list of sites which had been affected: http://www.zone-h.org/component/option,com_attacks/Itemid,160/filter_defacer,XP/page,8 something worth reading...chk out the 1st post in this: http://www.shiachat.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=234951963 alhamdulillah many sites have been baked up and restored and work is on the way....inshallah it will be seen that the attack will fail again as it has been in the past...inshallah.... wsalaam |
