All the quotes speak for themselves. There is so much animosity and hatred for both Jews and Christians in the Quran and hadiths, but Jews get the worst of it. And today what do we see? Muslims slaughtering Jews and Christians. 

I certainly did read the Quran and the hadiths. I was shocked by the actions of Muhammed and sickened by the hatred. 

I will also say that I learned about abrogation and that the Quran is not in chronological order. I was then able to dismiss earlier verses and understand the full extent of hatred.
