The only version birth in all three (Judaism, Christianity and Islam) faiths which by the way comes out of Abraham.

But, the Quran doesn't teach why the virgin birth in the Gospel was necessary and therefore is not taught in Islam.

What else makes the Holy Writings of the Bible unique compared to any other Holy Writings?

Apart from it being the most widely distributed book in history and being the best-selling book of the year, every year says a report in The New Yorker magazine. Also, in whole or in part, the Bible has been translated into more than 2,400 languages. At least some of the Bible is available in the languages spoken by over 90 percent of the human family. Truly a book from God!

It explains the meaning of world conditions and their outcome. 2 Tim 3:1-5

It enables us to understand the purpose of life, like where did life come from? Acts 17:24-26

Why are we here? Gen 1:27, 28

It explains that Gods Kingdom, his government will remove the present wicked system. Dan. 2:44

So that we can enjoy perfect health and eternal life. Rev. 21:3, 4; compare Isaiah 33:24

What is the Bible?

The Bible is viewed in the East as made up of three different books, namely, Tevrat (Torah), Zebur (Psalms) and Injil (Gospel). If you examine a Bible, you will find that each of these three books is divided into several smaller books. In fact, the word Bible comes from the Greek word biblia, which means little books. In all there are sixty-six little books in the Bible. Tevrat, according to the way the Bible is spoken of in the Quran, consists of thirty-nine little books, and includes the book of Psalms, or Zebur. Injil consists of twenty-seven little books. We use the term Hebrew Scriptures to refer to the first thirty-nine books of the Bible, since they were written in that language. And as the final part of the Bible was written in Greek, we call that section the Greek Scriptures.

The twenty-seven little books of the Greek Scriptures (Injil) are made up of five history books, several letters written by followers of Jesus, and one book consisting almost entirely of prophecies. This section is called Injil, or Gospel, because the first four books are Gospels (which word means good news). The writers of these Gospels were disciples of Jesus, named Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Each Gospel contains an account of the life and death of Jesus Christ.

But why should there be four accounts of Jesus life? Why not just one?

In the Hebrew Scriptures (Tevrat) we are told that when an important matter must be established, there should be more than one witness. It says: At the mouth of two witnesses or at the mouth of three witnesses the matter should stand good. (Deuteronomy 19:15) Now, the life of Jesus was extremely important historically. Hence, God provided not three witnesses, but four. We can be sure that what we read of Jesus, his sayings and his life, is the truth.

because it was the will of God. Just like Adam without mother and father, or Eve without mother or father was will of God. And the creation of even a fly or a virus, all are beyond our capability but for God, it is a matter of like saying be and it is!

How do we know that Jesus Christ was the most important human that ever lived outside The Holy Scriptures?

One Ḥadīth says that Christ is the only one that Satan did not touch: When any human being is born, Satan touches him at both sides of the body with his two fingers, except Jesus, the son of Mary, whom Satan tried to touch but failed. The Book of the Beginning of Creation from Ṣaḥīḥ Al-Bukhārī.

God taught him the Book and Wisdom, . . . and the Injīl.Āl Imrān [3]:48.

The Injil, the most important book Jesus wanted us to follow and where God's written instructions for life live.

Gods written instructions for LIFE:

Matthew 28: 19 Go therefore and make disciples*+ of people of all the nations,+ baptizing+ them in* the name of the Father+ and of the Son+ and of the holy spirit,+ 20 teaching+ them to observe+ all the things I have commanded YOU. (Found in the Injil) And, look! I am with YOU+ all the days until the conclusion* of the system of things.*+

Although the Quran acknowledges Jesus resurrection, both Marys in the Gospel eye-witnessed the empty tomb stone that was heavily guarded and approched the resurrected Jesus and did obesiance to him.

The guards reported everything to the chief priest and the priest gave them a bribe to tell no one what they themselves have seen and heard.

Matthew 28 15 So they took the silver pieces and did as they were instructed; and this saying has been spread abroad among the Jews up to this very day. Sadly even the Quran supports this LIE!

Because of the many eye-witnesses (friends and enemies) of Jesus death and resurrection this event was never seriously debated until 1,500 centuries later. What took them so long?

When Jesus died, there was a violent earthquake, and the Roman army officer in charge of the execution was moved to say: Certainly this was Gods Son. (Matt. 27:54)

What the Qurān Says About Christ

The angels announced good news from God to Mary. She would give birth to Jesus.Āl Imrān [3]:45.

He was born of Gods spirit, without a human father.Al-Anbiyā [21]:91.

He was born holy (faultless, MMP).Maryam [19]:19.

God made of him a sign for mankind and a mercy from Him. Maryam [19]:21.

It was said of him that he was the Word of God and his Spirit.Compare Āl Imrān [3]:45; Al-Nisā [4]:171.

God appointed him as prophet and apostle.Al-Nisā [4]:171; Maryam [19]:30.

God taught him the Book and Wisdom, the Torah and the Injīl.Āl Imrān [3]:48.

I answer:
Kish,
Do not forget that Quran completes that half picture that you painted. Some of the points that you missed:
1- "He (God)neither begets nor is born" (112:3)
2- "That they said (in boast), "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah.;- but they killed him not, nor crucified him"4:157
3- "so believe in Allah and His apostles. Say not "trinity" : desist: it will be better for you: for Allah is one Allah. Glory be to Him: (far exalted is He) above having a son. To Him belong all things in the heavens and on earth. And enough is Allah as a Disposer of affairs."4:171
4- "From those, too, who call themselves Christians, We did take a covenant, but they forgot a good part of the message that was sent them:"(5:14)

These quotes from the Quran were some of the points that Allah clarified to mankind sent through prophet Mohammed (pbuh)for the last time so those who were following a misguided path following the departure of Jesus (pbuh) from the earth would have a chance to the truth and guidance.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crucifixion_of_Jesus#Other_accounts_and_references

This  is from wikipedia and unbiased source. The crucifixion of Jesus was a historical fact. All things aside, when any book contradicts a factual account, then the authenticity of the book is called to doubt. So it is with the Quran, because it attempts to negate the fact, which is by and in of itself, one reason to state that Quran is not the Word of God
