i have tried fasting,praying,thinking of positive things..but every once in a while,this evil thought comes to my mind and the more i resist it,the stronger it gets.i pray during these times.i try to remain bawadhu.but no avail.ultimately i masturbate.. :-(

I doubt you would find anyone who does not have arousal unless medically unfit. Many people fantasize and may people masturbate.  I can explain to you the way I controlled my feelings. I focused on reading and i joined sports and I ensured that I am not alone as much as I can/
Still then there were moments when i had difficulty in controlling myself. Prayers do help to shift focus. Ultimately, it is you and you alone that can control oneself.

HELP.

A question perhaps that needs to be answered.

I'm a young lad who have utter faith in Allah and our Prophet. My emaan is pure but i have one regret, sexual lust. At my age (20-25), it is normal to be too sexaully aroused. but at times, i get way too angry due to the stress i deal with. 

WHAT DO I DO? 

I'm told to get married but i have seen a lot of couples getting married and soon getting divorced/ or leaving their parents in old houses. I cant to do that. I cant sponsor a wedding nor can i sacrifce my parents for another women (which is pretty much the case nwoadays)


I cant get married anytime sooner, what should i do?  how do i control my lust? i know fasting is one but i just cant.

Pardon my posting in an Islamic forum, but this is just one of many ways one can be ruled by their desires. The worldly pattern of degeneracy is so profound it is obvious even without considering religion.

Imo one cannot reduce/stop this pattern without help from God. Substituting prayer will work, but see the problem not as eliminating sexual pleasure but instead pray for self-mastery over your natural human desires. You will not be as despondent when you fail, and you will gain heart when you succeed. The balance will shift over time.

Have you tried fasting? Have you considered marriage? Concentrate on ridding yourself of porn, and don't worry about masturbation. Don't be consumed by guilt. Do your level best and engage in increasing your knowledge of religion.
