Thareed is a slow-cooked stew, heavily spiced and made up of meat and various vegetables. It’s enjoyed on a crispy flatbread called rigag, and it’s incredibly popular during the month of Ramadan as one of the favorite dishes to break the fast. It’s said to have been considered the best among all dishes by the prophet Muhammad, so that might add to its popularity.

Ingredients:
- chicken(2) cut and seasoned and fried in oil, then filtered and put aside .
- cut onions into small cubes
- 3 garlic grated
- 2 Limes
- 2 tomatoes cut into small pieces
- tomato paste + spices mixed +
- turmeric
- black pepper
- salt according to taste
- cumin
- red pepper

Vegetables: Potatoes + Eggplant + carrots + bell pepper + zucchini

Oil + hot water + ground cardamom + Tandoor bread
Preparation:
- cut and season chicken(2) and fry in oil, then filter and put aside
- Cut onions into small cubes
- Grate 3 garlics and add to 2 liters of water
- Add 2 tomatoes cut into small pieces
- Add tomato paste + spices mixed + turmeric + black pepper + salt according to taste + cumin +red pepper
- Add Vegetables: Potatoes + Eggplant + carrots + bell pepper + zucchini
- -Add Oil + hot water + ground cardamom + Tandoor bread
