Gratinated Eggplants, Tomatoes, Eggs and Cheese. One of the most delicious eggplant based dishes.
Ingredients:

- 60 ml of oil.
- Salt. black pepper.
- 1 door pepper.

- 2 tomatoes.
- 30 ml of oil.

- Red powdered pepper. oregano.
- 100 grams of cheddar cheese.
- desired number of eggs.
