Buttery, crumbly, decadent, and simple French Sable Cookies
Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- Dash of lemon peel
- 225 grs. Unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- Dash of lemon peel
- 225 grs. Unsalted butter
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients to form a paste. Pour paste in round buttered smallmoulds and bake at 180 degree C in oven for 30-40 minutes. Add Jam and powdered sugar.
