Strawberry Marmalade

Strawberry Marmalade
Ingredients:
- Strawberries: 2 KG
- Sugar: 1 KG
- Sugar: 1 KG
Preparation:
- Wash Strawberries & drain then cut in halves
- Put strawberries in a large bowl
- Sprinkle sugar over strawberries and put in refrigerator for
10-12 hours.
- Remove from fridge & poor in deep saucer then heat on light fire.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon citric acid & stir frequently till boil & until paste is thick.
- Remove from heat & poor into large flat pan.
- Cover with a thin fabric & expose to sun for 1 to 2 days and until
thick .
- Put strawberries in a large bowl
