Garlic Lemon Chicken

Stewed Chicken Breasts in a Lemony Garlic Sauce. Goes well with Rice or French Fries.
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast: 4 or 5 pieces
- Corn Oil: 1 teaspoon
- Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Oregano: 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic: 3 cloves crrushed or 1 teaspoon
- Lemon: 1 small coffee cup
- Corn Oil: 1 teaspoon

Preparation:
- Mix all sauce ingredients and pour into frying pan.
- Place chicken tenders in pan and mix chicken with sauce
- Place pan in middle rack of broil heated oven and cook for 15 minutes
- Place pan in upper oven rack and cook for 15 minutes
- Remove from oven and serve.
