Shaeriyah Rice

Rice and Cut Nooldles. Stand alone or Side Dish

Ingredients:
- Rice: 1 cup
- Shaeriyah: 1/2 small pack
- Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
- Water: 2 cups
- Corn Oil: 1/4 cup
- Salt or Chicken broth: 1/4 teaspoon or 1 cube
Preparation:
- In a deep pan fry Shaeritah in corn oil & stir constantly. When lightly browned, add 2 cups water immediately & stir then add salt or chicken broth.
- Cover & heat till boiling. Add rice & mix well with Shaeriyah.
- Cover & simmer for 10-15 minutes & until small holes are seen on top of rice level.
- Remove from heat & cover with a towel to keep warm.
- When ready to serve, uncover and pour in a large flat oval dish.
