Light Clear Chicken Soup with a Lemony taste
Ingredients:
- Skinless Breast of chicken: 1 Small Tray
- Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
- Lemon Juice: 1/4 cup
- Allspice: 1 dash
- Water: 3 cups + 1/2 cup
- Hal seeds: 4 seeds
- Flour: 2 tablespoons
- Chicken broth: 1 cube
- Parsley: 1 Dash
- Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
- Lemon Juice: 1/4 cup
- Allspice: 1 dash
- Water: 3 cups + 1/2 cup
- Hal seeds: 4 seeds
- Flour: 2 tablespoons
- Chicken broth: 1 cube
- Parsley: 1 Dash
Preparation:
Boil water, add whole lemons cut in half, add small onion, 1/4 tsp. salt, Hal seeds, 1 dash Allspice. Add chicken breasts. Cover & cook on medium temperature for 45 minutes.
Remove chicken & set aside (see Musakhan recipe).
Filter the sauce & place back in deep pan.
In a seperate small bowl dilute flower with 1/2 cup water then add to sauce in pan.
Stir frequently. Add Chicken broth, lemon juice. Cover & boil for 15 minutes then add olive oil & heat at medium temperature for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat & serve.
Garnish with a dash of Parsley
Remove chicken & set aside (see Musakhan recipe).
