Lentils & Rice dish garnished with fried onions.

Ingredients:
- Rice: 2 cups
- Brown lentill: 1 cup
- Water: 5 cups
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
-Butter: 2-4 tablespoons
- Onions: 3 medium thinly sliced
Preparation:
Boil water then pour lentill. Cook for 10 minutes and until tender.
- Pour rice, butter and salt and simmer for about 20 -25 minutes.
- Remove from heat and keep covered for 5 minutes and until all water is absorbed.
- In a separate pan fry thinly sliced onions until lightly browned and crispy.
- Sprinkle drained onions over rice and serve.
