Exquisit Garlic Dip and Topping that goes with any food, especially roasted chicken.
Ingredients:
Garlic: 4 large cloves
- Lemon: Juice of 1 medium
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Egg White: 1
- Corn Oil: 1 cup
- Lemon: Juice of 1 medium
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Egg White: 1
- Corn Oil: 1 cup
Preparation:
- Mix garlic, lemon juice, salt, egg white in mixer until slightly creamy then add slowly in drips the corn oil until the mix becomes creamy.
