Banana Cake

Ingredients:

Cake:
- Eggs: 4
- Sugar: 1 to 1.5 cups
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Butter melted: 1/2 cup
- Ripe bananas: 5
- Flour: 2 cups
- Baking soda: 1 teaspoon
- Walnuts: 5 whole pieces chopped
- Coconut Powder:2 tablespoons
- Baking powder: 2 teaspoons

Chocolate sauce:
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- 1/2 sugar
- 1/4 unsweetened Cocoa powder

Preparation:

Cake:
- In a large bowl, beat eggs then add sugar, butter, bananas then the rest of ingredients.
- Coat baking pan with butter and pour cake mix then place in oven.
- Bake between 40-50 minutes @ low temperature and until cooked using stick test.


Chocolate sauce:
- Add milk, oil, sugar and cocoa powder in a blender and mix for 2 minutes.
- Drizzle on cake.
