Greek yogurt dip (Tzatziki)

This is the legendary tzatziki, a refreshing dip made of strained yogurt, cucumber and garlic. It is best served chilled and it’s the ideal “companion” for bread or pita-bread, grilled meat and vegetables!
Ingredients:
- olive oil: 4 tablespoons
- vinegar: 1 tablespoon
- garlic: 2 cloves, minced finely
- salt: ½ teaspoon
- white pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
- greek yogurt :2 cups, strained
- cucumbers: 2 , peeled, seeded and diced
- dill: 1 teaspoon, fresh, chopped
- vinegar: 1 tablespoon
- garlic: 2 cloves, minced finely
- salt: ½ teaspoon
- white pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
- greek yogurt :2 cups, strained
- cucumbers: 2 , peeled, seeded and diced
- dill: 1 teaspoon, fresh, chopped
Preparation:
1. Combine olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix until well combined. Using a whisk, blend the yogurt. Add the olive oil mixture to the yogurt mixture and mix well. Finally, add the cucumberand chopped fresh dill. Chill for at least two hours before serving. Garnish with a sprig of fresh dill just before serving.
