Grandma's Apple Cheesecake and Berry Cake together.
Ingredients:

- 150 g sugar.
- 250 ml milk.
- 1 g vanilla extract.
- 1 Cup Cherries or Berries.
- Zest of a whole orange.
- Orange juice.
- 300 g flour.
- A pinch of salt.
- 10 g baking powder.
- 3 apples.
- 25 x 18 cm baking pan with damp parchment paper.
- 300 g cottage cheese.
- 40–55 g sugar.
- 2 egg whites.
