Prepare kebabs from ground meat in just a few minutes. This method is incredibly practical and easy – you can prepare a whole tray of delicious, juicy meat in no time. The meat can be served as kebabs, combined with side dishes, or rolled in pita bread.
Ingredients:
Kebabs:
- 1 kg (2.2 lb) ground beef
-1 large onion, about 200 g (7 oz)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2–3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
- 1/3 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 180 g bulgur, washed (1 cup)
- 1 bell pepper
- Hot chili pepper
- 3 unpeeled garlic cloves
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 50 g butter (1.8 oz)
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 2 cups of water, approx. 500 ml (2 cups)
Sauce:
- 1 pickled cucumber
- spring onion
- A slightly spicy chili pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3-4 tablespoons of yogurt
- Black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
