- 1/2 cup milk
- Flour 4 tbsp.
- Onion 1 pc.
- Cheese 100 g. - 3.5 oz.
- Bell pepper 1 pc.
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Parsley 10 g. - 0.35 oz.
- Salt, pepper, Provençal herbs, smoked paprika powder
- Vegetable oil
Sauce:
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp.
- Mustard 1 tsp.
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 gherkin
