Ground Beef patties with Turmeric Rice flavoured with Cumin & Coriander make this dish aq favorite for the hollidays.
Ingredients:
- 700g minced beef or lamb.
- 1 bell pepper.
- 1 onion.
- Parsley.
- 2-4 cloves of garlic.
- 4–5 tablespoons of breadcrumbs (approx. 40 g).
- 1/4 tsp baking powder.
- ½ tsp smoked paprika powder.
- ½ tsp coriander.
- Salt.
- Black pepper.
- 1 cup of rice.
- 2 cups of water.
- ½ tsp cumin.
