- 300-350g flour (2 cups + 3/4 cups)
- 100ml vegetable Butter or Vegetable oil (1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon)
- 100g sugar (1/2 cup)
- 8g baking powder (1 teaspoon)
- 8g vanilla sugar (1 teaspoon)
- Pinch of salt
- Lemon or orange zest
- Apricot jam
- Sliced ??almonds
