These cookies are called "Winter Kisses" – delicate, nutty, and simply heavenly! They originate from an old Alpine bakery, where they were traditionally baked only in winter. Today, you can enjoy them year-round with this simple recipe!
Ingredients:
- 120 g butter
- 40 g powdered sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 8 g vanilla sugar
- 40 g sour cream
- 30 g cornstarch
- 40 g ground walnuts
- 200–220 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- For the glaze: 150 g white chocolate, 10 g vegetable oil, 70 g chopped walnuts
