Broccoli Potato Soup

Ingredients:

- 1 Small onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. Frozen hash brown potatoes, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 lb Broccoli, cut up
- 1 & 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg Swiss cheese, shredded

Preparation:

Place onion and hash browns in 3-quart saucepan. Cover with chicken broth. Cover pan and simmer until tender, about 10 minutes.
Add broccoli and simmer another 5 to 10 minutes. Stir in milk, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Heat until hot, Top with shredded Swiss cheese.
