Easy Potato Pie
Ingredients:
6-8 Small or medium Potatoes
1 Onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Butter
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp Salt

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grace a large square pan. Thinly slice potatoes and place on the bottom of the pan. Place half the sliced onions over potatoes. Dot with half the butter. Repeat layers.
Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle cheese on top, and put back into oven until cheese is melted.
