Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 lbs Green beans
1 Small clove garlic
Salt to taste
1/3 cup Lemon juice
1 Small onion, chopped
2-3 Twigs parsley, coarsely chopped
1/3 cup Olive oil

Preparation:
Wash and snip ends of green beans and cut into 2“ lengths. Cook in salted water until tender but crisp. Drain and cool.
Mash garlic and salt. Add lemon juice, mixing well. Add all remaining ingredients, toss and serve.
