Ingredients:
3 Clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup Olive oil
1/4 tsp Lemon juice
Salt to taste
1/2 cup Olive oil
1/4 tsp Lemon juice

Preparation:
Blend all ingredients well. This accompanies broiled or grilled chicken.
When eating the chicken is dipped in the sauce. ( This may also be used to brush chicken while broiling or grilling- just thin with lemon juice )
