Do you not see how Allah compares a good word to a good tree? Its root is firm and its branches reach the sky - always yielding its fruit in every season by the Will of its Lord. This is how Allah sets forth parables for the people, so perhaps they will be mindful. Q 14:24-25

The Spirituality of Hajj: Introduction
Islam is the religion of actions and good work (‘amal), imbued with the spiritual certainty (iman). This combination is called comprehensive excellence (ihsan or itqan) and is the hallmark of Islam as the complete way of life.



10 Deeds for 10 Days
The first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah are the most virtuous days of the year, in which Allah has blessed his Ummah with opportunities to multiply their rewards. These days are so sacred that Allah swears an oath by them: ‘By the dawn; by the ten nights’ [Quran, 89:1-2].



Miracle at Hudaybiyyah
The Prophet saw a dream that he was performing ‘Hajj. When he mentioned this to his companions, they gladly agreed to join the Prophet for ‘Umrah. This was the sixth year after Prophet’s migration to Medina.
