And in heaven is [the source of] your sus­tenance [on earth] and [of] all that you are promised [for your life after death]: - 51:22 (Asad) -

فَوَرَبِّ السَّمَاء وَالْأَرْضِ إِنَّهُ لَحَقٌّ مِّثْلَ مَا أَنَّكُمْ تَنطِقُونَ (51:23)

Fawarabbi alssamai waalardi innahu lahaqqun mithla ma annakum tantiqoona

إِذْ دَخَلُوا عَلَيْهِ فَقَالُوا سَلَامًا قَالَ سَلَامٌ قَوْمٌ مُّنكَرُونَ (51:25)

Ith dakhaloo AAalayhi faqaloo salaman qala salamun qawmun munkaroona

فَرَاغَ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ فَجَاء بِعِجْلٍ سَمِينٍ (51:26)

فَأَوْجَسَ مِنْهُمْ خِيفَةً قَالُوا لَا تَخَفْ وَبَشَّرُوهُ بِغُلَامٍ عَلِيمٍ (51:28)

Faawjasa minhum kheefatan qaloo la takhaf wabashsharoohu bighulamin AAaleemin

فَأَقْبَلَتِ امْرَأَتُهُ فِي صَرَّةٍ فَصَكَّتْ وَجْهَهَا وَقَالَتْ عَجُوزٌ عَقِيمٌ (51:29)

Faaqbalati imraatuhu fee sarratin fasakkat wajhaha waqalat AAajoozun AAaqeemun

قَالُوا كَذَلِكَ قَالَ رَبُّكِ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْحَكِيمُ الْعَلِيمُ (51:30)

Qaloo kathaliki qala rabbuki innahu huwa alhakeemu alAAaleemu

فَأَخْرَجْنَا مَن كَانَ فِيهَا مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (51:35)

فَمَا وَجَدْنَا فِيهَا غَيْرَ بَيْتٍ مِّنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ (51:36)

Fama wajadna feeha ghayra baytin mina almuslimeena

وَتَرَكْنَا فِيهَا آيَةً لِّلَّذِينَ يَخَافُونَ الْعَذَابَ الْأَلِيمَ (51:37)

Watarakna feeha ayatan lillatheena yakhafoona alAAathaba alaleema

And so We left therein a message for those who fear the grievous suffering [which awaits all evildoers]. - 51:37 (Asad) -

وَفِي مُوسَى إِذْ أَرْسَلْنَاهُ إِلَى فِرْعَوْنَ بِسُلْطَانٍ مُّبِينٍ (51:38)

Wafee moosa ith arsalnahu ila firAAawna bisultanin mubeenin

فَتَوَلَّى بِرُكْنِهِ وَقَالَ سَاحِرٌ أَوْ مَجْنُونٌ (51:39)

Fatawalla biruknihi waqala sahirun aw majnoonun

Faakhathnahu wajunoodahu fanabathnahum fee alyammi wahuwa muleemun

وَفِي عَادٍ إِذْ أَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمُ الرِّيحَ الْعَقِيمَ (51:41)

Wafee AAadin ith arsalna AAalayhimu alrreeha alAAaqeema

مَا تَذَرُ مِن شَيْءٍ أَتَتْ عَلَيْهِ إِلَّا جَعَلَتْهُ كَالرَّمِيمِ (51:42)

Ma tatharu min shayin atat AAalayhi illa jaAAalathu kaalrrameemi

وَفِي ثَمُودَ إِذْ قِيلَ لَهُمْ تَمَتَّعُوا حَتَّى حِينٍ (51:43)

Wafee thamooda ith qeela lahum tamattaAAoo hatta heenin

فَعَتَوْا عَنْ أَمْرِ رَبِّهِمْ فَأَخَذَتْهُمُ الصَّاعِقَةُ وَهُمْ يَنظُرُونَ (51:44)

FaAAataw AAan amri rabbihim faakhathathumu alssaAAiqatu wahum yanthuroona

وَمِن كُلِّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقْنَا زَوْجَيْنِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ (51:49)

Wamin kulli shayin khalaqna zawjayni laAAallakum tathakkaroona

Az-Zariyat (The Winds that Scatter) - 51:50 
فَفِرُّوا إِلَى اللَّهِ إِنِّي لَكُم مِّنْهُ نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ (51:50)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Fafirroo ila Allahi innee lakum minhu natheerun mubeenun

وَلَا تَجْعَلُوا مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَهًا آخَرَ إِنِّي لَكُم مِّنْهُ نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ (51:51)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Wala tajAAaloo maAAa Allahi ilahan akhara innee lakum minhu natheerun mubeenun

Az-Zariyat (The Winds that Scatter) - 51:52 
كَذَلِكَ مَا أَتَى الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِم مِّن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا قَالُوا سَاحِرٌ أَوْ مَجْنُونٌ (51:52)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Kathalika ma ata allatheena min qablihim min rasoolin illa qaloo sahirun aw majnoonun

Az-Zariyat (The Winds that Scatter) - 51:53 
أَتَوَاصَوْا بِهِ بَلْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ طَاغُونَ (51:53)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Atawasaw bihi bal hum qawmun taghoona

Have they, perchance, handed down this [way of thinking] as a legacy unto one another? Nay, they are people filled with overweening ar­rogance! - 51:53 (Asad) -   


 
Az-Zariyat (The Winds that Scatter) - 51:54 
فَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ فَمَا أَنتَ بِمَلُومٍ (51:54)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Fatawalla AAanhum fama anta bimaloomin

Turn, then, away from them, and thou shalt incur no blame; - 51:54 (Asad) -

وَذَكِّرْ فَإِنَّ الذِّكْرَى تَنفَعُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (51:55)

Wathakkir fainna alththikra tanfaAAu almumineena

yet go on reminding [all who would listen]: for, verily, such a reminder will profit the believers. - 51:55 (Asad) -   


 
Az-Zariyat (The Winds that Scatter) - 51:56 
وَمَا خَلَقْتُ الْجِنَّ وَالْإِنسَ إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُونِ (51:56)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Wama khalaqtu aljinna waalinsa illa liyaAAbudooni

And [tell them that] I have not created the invisible beings and men to any end other than that they may [know and] worship Me. - 51:56 (Asad) -

مَا أُرِيدُ مِنْهُم مِّن رِّزْقٍ وَمَا أُرِيدُ أَن يُطْعِمُونِ (51:57)

Ma oreedu minhum min rizqin wama oreedu an yutAAimooni

[But withal,] no sustenance do I ever demand of them, nor do I demand that they feed Me: - 51:57 (Asad) -

إِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الرَّزَّاقُ ذُو الْقُوَّةِ الْمَتِينُ (51:58)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Inna Allaha huwa alrrazzaqu thoo alquwwati almateenu

فَإِنَّ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا ذَنُوبًا مِّثْلَ ذَنُوبِ أَصْحَابِهِمْ فَلَا يَسْتَعْجِلُونِ (51:59)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Fainna lillatheena thalamoo thanooban mithla thanoobi ashabihim fala yastaAAjiloona

And, verily, they who are bent on doing evil shall have their share [of evil] like unto the share of their fellows [of old]: so let them not ask Me to hasten [their doom]! - 51:59 (Asad) -   


 
Az-Zariyat (The Winds that Scatter) - 51:60 
فَوَيْلٌ لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِن يَوْمِهِمُ الَّذِي يُوعَدُونَ (51:60)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Fawaylun lillatheena kafaroo min yawmihimu allathee yooAAadoona

For, woe unto those who are bent on denying the truth - [woe] on the Day which they have been promised - 51:60 (Asad) -
