خَلَقَ الْإِنسَانَ (55:3)

He has created man: - 55:3 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:4 
عَلَّمَهُ الْبَيَانَ (55:4)

He has taught him speech (and intelligence). - 55:4 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:5 
الشَّمْسُ وَالْقَمَرُ بِحُسْبَانٍ (55:5)

The sun and the moon follow courses (exactly) computed; - 55:5 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:6 
وَالنَّجْمُ وَالشَّجَرُ يَسْجُدَانِ (55:6)

And the herbs and the trees - both (alike) bow in adoration. - 55:6 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:7 
وَالسَّمَاء رَفَعَهَا وَوَضَعَ الْمِيزَانَ (55:7)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

And the Firmament has He raised high, and He has set up the Balance (of Justice), - 55:7 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:8 
أَلَّا تَطْغَوْا فِي الْمِيزَانِ (55:8)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

In order that ye may not transgress (due) balance. - 55:8 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:9 
وَأَقِيمُوا الْوَزْنَ بِالْقِسْطِ وَلَا تُخْسِرُوا الْمِيزَانَ (55:9)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

So establish weight with justice and fall not short in the balance. - 55:9 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:10 
وَالْأَرْضَ وَضَعَهَا لِلْأَنَامِ (55:10)

It is He Who has spread out the earth for (His) creatures: - 55:10 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:11 
فِيهَا فَاكِهَةٌ وَالنَّخْلُ ذَاتُ الْأَكْمَامِ (55:11)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Therein is fruit and date-palms, producing spathes (enclosing dates); - 55:11 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:12 
وَالْحَبُّ ذُو الْعَصْفِ وَالرَّيْحَانُ (55:12)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Also corn, with (its) leaves and stalk for fodder, and sweet-smelling plants. - 55:12 (Ali)

فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:13)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? - 55:13 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:14 
خَلَقَ الْإِنسَانَ مِن صَلْصَالٍ كَالْفَخَّارِ (55:14)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

He created man from sounding clay like unto pottery, - 55:14 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:15 
وَخَلَقَ الْجَانَّ مِن مَّارِجٍ مِّن نَّارٍ (55:15)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

And He created Jinns from fire free of smoke: - 55:15 (Ali)

فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:16)

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? - 55:16 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:17 
رَبُّ الْمَشْرِقَيْنِ وَرَبُّ الْمَغْرِبَيْنِ (55:17)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

(He is) Lord of the two Easts and Lord of the two Wests: - 55:17 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:18 
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:18)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? - 55:18 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:19 
مَرَجَ الْبَحْرَيْنِ يَلْتَقِيَانِ (55:19)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

He has let free the two bodies of flowing water, meeting together: - 55:19 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:20 
بَيْنَهُمَا بَرْزَخٌ لَّا يَبْغِيَانِ (55:20)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Between them is a Barrier which they do not transgress: - 55:20 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:21 
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:21)

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? - 55:21 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:22 
يَخْرُجُ مِنْهُمَا اللُّؤْلُؤُ وَالْمَرْجَانُ (55:22)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Out of them come Pearls and Coral: - 55:22 (Ali)

فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:23)

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? - 55:23 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:24 
وَلَهُ الْجَوَارِ الْمُنشَآتُ فِي الْبَحْرِ كَالْأَعْلَامِ (55:24)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

And His are the Ships sailing smoothly through the seas, lofty as mountains: - 55:24 (Ali)

فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:25)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? - 55:25 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:26 
كُلُّ مَنْ عَلَيْهَا فَانٍ (55:26)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

All that is on earth will perish: - 55:26 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:27 
وَيَبْقَى وَجْهُ رَبِّكَ ذُو الْجَلَالِ وَالْإِكْرَامِ (55:27)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

But will abide (for ever) the Face of thy Lord,- full of Majesty, Bounty and Honour. - 55:27 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:28 
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:28)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? - 55:28 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:29 
يَسْأَلُهُ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ هُوَ فِي شَأْنٍ (55:29)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Of Him seeks (its need) every creature in the heavens and on earth: every day in (new) Splendour doth He (shine)! - 55:29 (Ali)

فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:30)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? - 55:30 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:31 
سَنَفْرُغُ لَكُمْ أَيُّهَا الثَّقَلَانِ (55:31)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Soon shall We settle your affairs, O both ye worlds! - 55:31 (Ali)

فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:32)

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? - 55:32 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:33 
يَا مَعْشَرَ الْجِنِّ وَالْإِنسِ إِنِ اسْتَطَعْتُمْ أَن تَنفُذُوا مِنْ أَقْطَارِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ فَانفُذُوا لَا تَنفُذُونَ إِلَّا بِسُلْطَانٍ (55:33)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

O ye assembly of Jinns and men! If it be ye can pass beyond the zones of the heavens and the earth, pass ye! not without authority shall ye be able to pass! - 55:33 (Ali)

فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:34)

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? - 55:34 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:35 
يُرْسَلُ عَلَيْكُمَا شُوَاظٌ مِّن نَّارٍ وَنُحَاسٌ فَلَا تَنتَصِرَانِ (55:35)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

On you will be sent (O ye evil ones twain!) a flame of fire (to burn) and a smoke (to choke): no defence will ye have: - 55:35 (Ali)

فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:36)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? - 55:36 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:37 
فَإِذَا انشَقَّتِ السَّمَاء فَكَانَتْ وَرْدَةً كَالدِّهَانِ (55:37)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

When the sky is rent asunder, and it becomes red like ointment: - 55:37 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:38 
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:38)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? - 55:38 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:39 
فَيَوْمَئِذٍ لَّا يُسْأَلُ عَن ذَنبِهِ إِنسٌ وَلَا جَانٌّ (55:39)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

On that Day no question will be asked of man or Jinn as to his sin. - 55:39 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:40 
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:40)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? - 55:40 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:41 
يُعْرَفُ الْمُجْرِمُونَ بِسِيمَاهُمْ فَيُؤْخَذُ بِالنَّوَاصِي وَالْأَقْدَامِ (55:41)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

(For) the sinners will be known by their marks: and they will be seized by their forelocks and their feet. - 55:41 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:42 
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:42)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? - 55:42 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:43 
هَذِهِ جَهَنَّمُ الَّتِي يُكَذِّبُ بِهَا الْمُجْرِمُونَ (55:43)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

This is the Hell which the Sinners deny: - 55:43 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:44 
يَطُوفُونَ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ حَمِيمٍ آنٍ (55:44)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

In its midst and in the midst of boiling hot water will they wander round! - 55:44 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:45 
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:45)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? - 55:45 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:46 
وَلِمَنْ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِ جَنَّتَانِ (55:46)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

But for such as fear the time when they will stand before (the Judgment Seat of) their Lord, there will be two Gardens- - 55:46 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:47 
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:47)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- - 55:47 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:48 
ذَوَاتَا أَفْنَانٍ (55:48)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Containing all kinds (of trees and delights);- - 55:48 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:49 
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:49)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- - 55:49 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:50 
فِيهِمَا عَيْنَانِ تَجْرِيَانِ (55:50)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

In them (each) will be two Springs flowing (free); - 55:50 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:51 
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:51)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- - 55:51 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:52 
فِيهِمَا مِن كُلِّ فَاكِهَةٍ زَوْجَانِ (55:52)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

In them will be Fruits of every kind, two and two. - 55:52 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:53 
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:53)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? - 55:53 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:54 
مُتَّكِئِينَ عَلَى فُرُشٍ بَطَائِنُهَا مِنْ إِسْتَبْرَقٍ وَجَنَى الْجَنَّتَيْنِ دَانٍ (55:54)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

They will recline on Carpets, whose inner linings will be of rich brocade: the Fruit of the Gardens will be near (and easy of reach). - 55:54 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:55 
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:55)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? - 55:55 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:56 
فِيهِنَّ قَاصِرَاتُ الطَّرْفِ لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنسٌ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَانٌّ (55:56)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

In them will be (Maidens), chaste, restraining their glances, whom no man or Jinn before them has touched;- - 55:56 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:57 
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:57)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- - 55:57 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:58 
كَأَنَّهُنَّ الْيَاقُوتُ وَالْمَرْجَانُ (55:58)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Like unto Rubies and coral. - 55:58 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:59 
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:59)

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? - 55:59 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:60 
هَلْ جَزَاء الْإِحْسَانِ إِلَّا الْإِحْسَانُ (55:60)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Is there any Reward for Good - other than Good? - 55:60 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:61 
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:61)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? - 55:61 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:62 
وَمِن دُونِهِمَا جَنَّتَانِ (55:62)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

And besides these two, there are two other Gardens,- - 55:62 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:63 
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:63)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- - 55:63 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:64 
مُدْهَامَّتَانِ (55:64)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Dark-green in colour (from plentiful watering). - 55:64 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:65 
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:65)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? - 55:65 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:66 
فِيهِمَا عَيْنَانِ نَضَّاخَتَانِ (55:66)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

In them (each) will be two Springs pouring forth water in continuous abundance: - 55:66 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:67 
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:67)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? - 55:67 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:68 
فِيهِمَا فَاكِهَةٌ وَنَخْلٌ وَرُمَّانٌ (55:68)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

In them will be Fruits, and dates and pomegranates: - 55:68 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:69 
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:69)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? - 55:69 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:70 
فِيهِنَّ خَيْرَاتٌ حِسَانٌ (55:70)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

In them will be fair (Companions), good, beautiful;- - 55:70 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:71 
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:71)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- - 55:71 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:72 
حُورٌ مَّقْصُورَاتٌ فِي الْخِيَامِ (55:72)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Companions restrained (as to their glances), in (goodly) pavilions;- - 55:72 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:73 
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:73)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- - 55:73 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:74 
لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنسٌ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَانٌّ (55:74)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Whom no man or Jinn before them has touched;- - 55:74 (Ali)

فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:75)

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- - 55:75 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:76 
مُتَّكِئِينَ عَلَى رَفْرَفٍ خُضْرٍ وَعَبْقَرِيٍّ حِسَانٍ (55:76)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Reclining on green Cushions and rich Carpets of beauty. - 55:76 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:77 
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاء رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55:77)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? - 55:77 (Ali)   


 
Ar-Rahman (The Most Beneficent) - 55:78 
تَبَارَكَ اسْمُ رَبِّكَ ذِي الْجَلَالِ وَالْإِكْرَامِ (55:78)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Blessed be the name of thy Lord, full of Majesty, Bounty and Honour. - 55:78 (Ali)
