Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:1 
تَبَارَكَ الَّذِي نَزَّلَ الْفُرْقَانَ عَلَى عَبْدِهِ لِيَكُونَ لِلْعَالَمِينَ نَذِيرًا (25:1)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Tabaraka allathee nazzala alfurqana AAala AAabdihi liyakoona lilAAalameena natheeran

Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:2 
الَّذِي لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَلَمْ يَتَّخِذْ وَلَدًا وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ شَرِيكٌ فِي الْمُلْكِ وَخَلَقَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ فَقَدَّرَهُ تَقْدِيرًا (25:2)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Allathee lahu mulku alssamawati waalardi walam yattakhith waladan walam yakun lahu shareekun fee almulki wakhalaqa kulla shayin faqaddarahu taqdeeran

He to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth: no son has He begotten, nor has He a partner in His dominion: it is He who created all things, and ordered them in due proportions. - 25:2 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:3 
وَاتَّخَذُوا مِن دُونِهِ آلِهَةً لَّا يَخْلُقُونَ شَيْئًا وَهُمْ يُخْلَقُونَ وَلَا يَمْلِكُونَ لِأَنفُسِهِمْ ضَرًّا وَلَا نَفْعًا وَلَا يَمْلِكُونَ مَوْتًا وَلَا حَيَاةً وَلَا نُشُورًا (25:3)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Waittakhathoo min doonihi alihatan la yakhluqoona shayan wahum yukhlaqoona wala yamlikoona lianfusihim darran wala nafAAan wala yamlikoona mawtan wala hayatan wala nushooran

Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:4 
وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا إِنْ هَذَا إِلَّا إِفْكٌ افْتَرَاهُ وَأَعَانَهُ عَلَيْهِ قَوْمٌ آخَرُونَ فَقَدْ جَاؤُوا ظُلْمًا وَزُورًا (25:4)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Waqala allatheena kafaroo in hatha illa ifkun iftarahu waaAAanahu AAalayhi qawmun akharoona faqad jaoo thulman wazooran

But the misbelievers say: "Naught is this but a lie which he has forged, and others have helped him at it." In truth it is they who have put forward an iniquity and a falsehood. - 25:4 (Ali)

وَقَالُوا أَسَاطِيرُ الْأَوَّلِينَ اكْتَتَبَهَا فَهِيَ تُمْلَى عَلَيْهِ بُكْرَةً وَأَصِيلًا (25:5)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Waqaloo asateeru alawwaleena iktatabaha fahiya tumla AAalayhi bukratan waaseelan

And they say: "Tales of the ancients, which he has caused to be written: and they are dictated before him morning and evening." - 25:5 (Ali)

قُلْ أَنزَلَهُ الَّذِي يَعْلَمُ السِّرَّ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ إِنَّهُ كَانَ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا (25:6)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Qul anzalahu allathee yaAAlamu alssirra fee alssamawati waalardi innahu kana ghafooran raheeman

Say: "The (Qur'an) was sent down by Him who knows the mystery (that is) in the heavens and the earth: verily He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful." - 25:6 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:7 
وَقَالُوا مَالِ هَذَا الرَّسُولِ يَأْكُلُ الطَّعَامَ وَيَمْشِي فِي الْأَسْوَاقِ لَوْلَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْهِ مَلَكٌ فَيَكُونَ مَعَهُ نَذِيرًا (25:7)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Waqaloo mali hatha alrrasooli yakulu alttaAAama wayamshee fee alaswaqi lawla onzila ilayhi malakun fayakoona maAAahu natheeran

And they say: "What sort of an apostle is this, who eats food, and walks through the streets? Why has not an angel been sent down to him to give admonition with him? - 25:7 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:8 
أَوْ يُلْقَى إِلَيْهِ كَنزٌ أَوْ تَكُونُ لَهُ جَنَّةٌ يَأْكُلُ مِنْهَا وَقَالَ الظَّالِمُونَ إِن تَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا رَجُلًا مَّسْحُورًا (25:8)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Aw yulqa ilayhi kanzun aw takoonu lahu jannatun yakulu minha waqala alththalimoona in tattabiAAoona illa rajulan mashooran

"Or (Why) has not a treasure been bestowed on him, or why has he (not) a garden for enjoyment?" The wicked say: "Ye follow none other than a man bewitched." - 25:8 (Ali)

انظُرْ كَيْفَ ضَرَبُوا لَكَ الْأَمْثَالَ فَضَلُّوا فَلَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ سَبِيلًا (25:9)

Onthur kayfa daraboo laka alamthala fadalloo fala yastateeAAoona sabeelan

Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:10 
تَبَارَكَ الَّذِي إِن شَاء جَعَلَ لَكَ خَيْرًا مِّن ذَلِكَ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ وَيَجْعَل لَّكَ قُصُورًا (25:10)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Tabaraka allathee in shaa jaAAala laka khayran min thalika jannatin tajree min tahtiha alanharu wayajAAal laka qusooran

بَلْ كَذَّبُوا بِالسَّاعَةِ وَأَعْتَدْنَا لِمَن كَذَّبَ بِالسَّاعَةِ سَعِيرًا (25:11)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Bal kaththaboo bialssaAAati waaAAtadna liman kaththaba bialssaAAati saAAeeran

Nay they deny the hour (of the judgment to come): but We have prepared a blazing fire for such as deny the hour: - 25:11 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:12 
إِذَا رَأَتْهُم مِّن مَّكَانٍ بَعِيدٍ سَمِعُوا لَهَا تَغَيُّظًا وَزَفِيرًا (25:12)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Itha raathum min makanin baAAeedin samiAAoo laha taghayyuthan wazafeeran

When it sees them from a place fAr off, they will hear its fury and its ranging sigh. - 25:12 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:13 
وَإِذَا أُلْقُوا مِنْهَا مَكَانًا ضَيِّقًا مُقَرَّنِينَ دَعَوْا هُنَالِكَ ثُبُورًا (25:13)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Waitha olqoo minha makanan dayyiqan muqarraneena daAAaw hunalika thubooran

And when they are cast, bound together into a constricted place therein, they will pLead for destruction there and then! - 25:13 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:14 
لَا تَدْعُوا الْيَوْمَ ثُبُورًا وَاحِدًا وَادْعُوا ثُبُورًا كَثِيرًا (25:14)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

La tadAAoo alyawma thubooran wahidan waodAAoo thubooran katheeran

"This day plead not for a single destruction: plead for destruction oft- repeated!" - 25:14 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:15 
قُلْ أَذَلِكَ خَيْرٌ أَمْ جَنَّةُ الْخُلْدِ الَّتِي وُعِدَ الْمُتَّقُونَ كَانَتْ لَهُمْ جَزَاء وَمَصِيرًا (25:15)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Qul athalika khayrun am jannatu alkhuldi allatee wuAAida almuttaqoona kanat lahum jazaan wamaseeran

Say: "Is that best, or the eternal garden, promised to the righteous? for them, that is a reward as well as a goal (of attainment). - 25:15 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:16 
لَهُمْ فِيهَا مَا يَشَاؤُونَ خَالِدِينَ كَانَ عَلَى رَبِّكَ وَعْدًا مَسْؤُولًا (25:16)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Lahum feeha ma yashaoona khalideena kana AAala rabbika waAAdan masoolan

"For them there will be therein all that they wish for: they will dwell (there) for aye: A promise to be prayed for from thy Lord." - 25:16 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:17 
وَيَوْمَ يَحْشُرُهُمْ وَمَا يَعْبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ فَيَقُولُ أَأَنتُمْ أَضْلَلْتُمْ عِبَادِي هَؤُلَاء أَمْ هُمْ ضَلُّوا السَّبِيلَ (25:17)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Wayawma yahshuruhum wama yaAAbudoona min dooni Allahi fayaqoolu aantum adlaltum AAibadee haolai am hum dalloo alssabeela

The day He will gather them together as well as those whom they worship besides Allah, He will ask: "Was it ye who let these My servants astray, or did they stray from the Path themselves?" - 25:17 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:18 
قَالُوا سُبْحَانَكَ مَا كَانَ يَنبَغِي لَنَا أَن نَّتَّخِذَ مِن دُونِكَ مِنْ أَوْلِيَاء وَلَكِن مَّتَّعْتَهُمْ وَآبَاءهُمْ حَتَّى نَسُوا الذِّكْرَ وَكَانُوا قَوْمًا بُورًا (25:18)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Qaloo subhanaka ma kana yanbaghee lana an nattakhitha min doonika min awliyaa walakin mattaAAtahum waabaahum hatta nasoo alththikra wakanoo qawman booran

They will say: "Glory to Thee! not meet was it for us that we should take for protectors others besides Thee: But Thou didst bestow, on them and their fathers, good things (in life), until they forgot the Message: for they were a people (worthless and) lost." - 25:18 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:19 
فَقَدْ كَذَّبُوكُم بِمَا تَقُولُونَ فَمَا تَسْتَطِيعُونَ صَرْفًا وَلَا نَصْرًا وَمَن يَظْلِم مِّنكُمْ نُذِقْهُ عَذَابًا كَبِيرًا (25:19)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Faqad kaththabookum bima taqooloona fama tastateeAAoona sarfan wala nasran waman yathlim minkum nuthiqhu AAathaban kabeeran

((Allah) will say): "Now have they proved you liars in what ye say: so ye cannot avert (your penalty) nor (get) help." And whoever among you does wrong, him shall We cause to taste of a grievous Penalty. - 25:19 (Ali)

وَما أَرْسَلْنَا قَبْلَكَ مِنَ الْمُرْسَلِينَ إِلَّا إِنَّهُمْ لَيَأْكُلُونَ الطَّعَامَ وَيَمْشُونَ فِي الْأَسْوَاقِ وَجَعَلْنَا بَعْضَكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ فِتْنَةً أَتَصْبِرُونَ وَكَانَ رَبُّكَ بَصِيرًا (25:20)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Wama arsalna qablaka mina almursaleena illa innahum layakuloona alttaAAama wayamshoona fee alaswaqi wajaAAalna baAAdakum libaAAdin fitnatan atasbiroona wakana rabbuka baseeran

And the apostles whom We sent before thee were all (men) who ate food and walked through the streets: We have made some of you as a trial for others: will ye have patience? for Allah is One Who sees (all things). - 25:20 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:21 
وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ لَا يَرْجُونَ لِقَاءنَا لَوْلَا أُنزِلَ عَلَيْنَا الْمَلَائِكَةُ أَوْ نَرَى رَبَّنَا لَقَدِ اسْتَكْبَرُوا فِي أَنفُسِهِمْ وَعَتَوْ عُتُوًّا كَبِيرًا (25:21)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Waqala allatheena la yarjoona liqaana lawla onzila AAalayna almalaikatu aw nara rabbana laqadi istakbaroo fee anfusihim waAAataw AAutuwwan kabeeran

Such as fear not the meeting with Us (for Judgment) say: "Why are not the angels sent down to us, or (why) do we not see our Lord?" Indeed they have an arrogant conceit of themselves, and mighty is the insolence of their impiety! - 25:21 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:22 
يَوْمَ يَرَوْنَ الْمَلَائِكَةَ لَا بُشْرَى يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُجْرِمِينَ وَيَقُولُونَ حِجْرًا مَّحْجُورًا (25:22)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Yawma yarawna almalaikata la bushra yawmaithin lilmujrimeena wayaqooloona hijran mahjooran

The Day they see the angels,- no joy will there be to the sinners that Day: The (angels) will say: "There is a barrier forbidden (to you) altogether!" - 25:22 (Ali)

وَقَدِمْنَا إِلَى مَا عَمِلُوا مِنْ عَمَلٍ فَجَعَلْنَاهُ هَبَاء مَّنثُورًا (25:23)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Waqadimna ila ma AAamiloo min AAamalin fajaAAalnahu habaan manthooran

And We shall turn to whatever deeds they did (in this life), and We shall make such deeds as floating dust scattered about. - 25:23 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:24 
أَصْحَابُ الْجَنَّةِ يَوْمَئِذٍ خَيْرٌ مُّسْتَقَرًّا وَأَحْسَنُ مَقِيلًا (25:24)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Ashabu aljannati yawmaithin khayrun mustaqarran waahsanu maqeelan

The Companions of the Garden will be well, that Day, in their abode, and have the fairest of places for repose. - 25:24 (Ali)

وَيَوْمَ تَشَقَّقُ السَّمَاء بِالْغَمَامِ وَنُزِّلَ الْمَلَائِكَةُ تَنزِيلًا (25:25)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Wayawma tashaqqaqu alssamao bialghamami wanuzzila almalaikatu tanzeelan

The Day the heaven shall be rent asunder with clouds, and angels shall be sent down, descending (in ranks),- - 25:25 (Ali)

الْمُلْكُ يَوْمَئِذٍ الْحَقُّ لِلرَّحْمَنِ وَكَانَ يَوْمًا عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ عَسِيرًا (25:26)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Almulku yawmaithin alhaqqu lilrrahmani wakana yawman AAala alkafireena AAaseeran

That Day, the dominion as of right and truth, shall be (wholly) for ((Allah)) Most Merciful: it will be a Day of dire difficulty for the Misbelievers. - 25:26 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:27 
وَيَوْمَ يَعَضُّ الظَّالِمُ عَلَى يَدَيْهِ يَقُولُ يَا لَيْتَنِي اتَّخَذْتُ مَعَ الرَّسُولِ سَبِيلًا (25:27)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Wayawma yaAAaddu alththalimu AAala yadayhi yaqoolu ya laytanee ittakhathtu maAAa alrrasooli sabeelan

The Day that the wrong-doer will bite at his hands, he will say, "Oh! would that I had taken a (straight) path with the Messenger. - 25:27 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:28 
يَا وَيْلَتَى لَيْتَنِي لَمْ أَتَّخِذْ فُلَانًا خَلِيلًا (25:28)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Ya waylata laytanee lam attakhith fulanan khaleelan

"Ah! woe is me! Would that I had never taken such a one for a friend! - 25:28 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:29 
لَقَدْ أَضَلَّنِي عَنِ الذِّكْرِ بَعْدَ إِذْ جَاءنِي وَكَانَ الشَّيْطَانُ لِلْإِنسَانِ خَذُولًا (25:29)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Laqad adallanee AAani alththikri baAAda ith jaanee wakana alshshaytanu lilinsani khathoolan

"He did lead me astray from the Message (of Allah. after it had come to me! Ah! the Evil One is but a traitor to man!" - 25:29 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:30 
وَقَالَ الرَّسُولُ يَا رَبِّ إِنَّ قَوْمِي اتَّخَذُوا هَذَا الْقُرْآنَ مَهْجُورًا (25:30)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Waqala alrrasoolu ya rabbi inna qawmee ittakhathoo hatha alqurana mahjooran

Then the Messenger will say: "O my Lord! Truly my people took this Qur'an for just foolish nonsense." - 25:30 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:31 
وَكَذَلِكَ جَعَلْنَا لِكُلِّ نَبِيٍّ عَدُوًّا مِّنَ الْمُجْرِمِينَ وَكَفَى بِرَبِّكَ هَادِيًا وَنَصِيرًا (25:31)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Wakathalika jaAAalna likulli nabiyyin AAaduwwan mina almujrimeena wakafa birabbika hadiyan wanaseeran

Thus have We made for every prophet an enemy among the sinners: but enough is thy Lord to guide and to help. - 25:31 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:32 
وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَوْلَا نُزِّلَ عَلَيْهِ الْقُرْآنُ جُمْلَةً وَاحِدَةً كَذَلِكَ لِنُثَبِّتَ بِهِ فُؤَادَكَ وَرَتَّلْنَاهُ تَرْتِيلًا (25:32)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Waqala allatheena kafaroo lawla nuzzila AAalayhi alquranu jumlatan wahidatan kathalika linuthabbita bihi fuadaka warattalnahu tarteelan

Those who reject Faith say: "Why is not the Qur'an revealed to him all at once? Thus (is it revealed), that We may strengthen thy heart thereby, and We have rehearsed it to thee in slow, well-arranged stages, gradually. - 25:32 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:33 
وَلَا يَأْتُونَكَ بِمَثَلٍ إِلَّا جِئْنَاكَ بِالْحَقِّ وَأَحْسَنَ تَفْسِيرًا (25:33)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Wala yatoonaka bimathalin illa jinaka bialhaqqi waahsana tafseeran

And no question do they bring to thee but We reveal to thee the truth and the best explanation (thereof). - 25:33 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:34 
الَّذِينَ يُحْشَرُونَ عَلَى وُجُوهِهِمْ إِلَى جَهَنَّمَ أُوْلَئِكَ شَرٌّ مَّكَانًا وَأَضَلُّ سَبِيلًا (25:34)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

فَقُلْنَا اذْهَبَا إِلَى الْقَوْمِ الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا فَدَمَّرْنَاهُمْ تَدْمِيرًا (25:36)

Faqulna ithhaba ila alqawmi allatheena kaththaboo biayatina fadammarnahum tadmeeran

وَقَوْمَ نُوحٍ لَّمَّا كَذَّبُوا الرُّسُلَ أَغْرَقْنَاهُمْ وَجَعَلْنَاهُمْ لِلنَّاسِ آيَةً وَأَعْتَدْنَا لِلظَّالِمِينَ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا (25:37)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Waqawma noohin lamma kaththaboo alrrusula aghraqnahum wajaAAalnahum lilnnasi ayatan waaAAtadna lilththalimeena AAathaban aleeman

And the people of Noah,- when they rejected the apostles, We drowned them, and We made them as a Sign for mankind; and We have prepared for (all) wrong-doers a grievous Penalty;- - 25:37 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:38 
وَعَادًا وَثَمُودَ وَأَصْحَابَ الرَّسِّ وَقُرُونًا بَيْنَ ذَلِكَ كَثِيرًا (25:38)

WaAAadan wathamooda waashaba alrrassi waquroonan bayna thalika katheeran

وَكُلًّا ضَرَبْنَا لَهُ الْأَمْثَالَ وَكُلًّا تَبَّرْنَا تَتْبِيرًا (25:39)

Wakullan darabna lahu alamthala wakullan tabbarna tatbeeran

To each one We set forth Parables and examples; and each one We broke to utter annihilation (for their sins). - 25:39 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:40 
وَلَقَدْ أَتَوْا عَلَى الْقَرْيَةِ الَّتِي أُمْطِرَتْ مَطَرَ السَّوْءِ أَفَلَمْ يَكُونُوا يَرَوْنَهَا بَلْ كَانُوا لَا يَرْجُونَ نُشُورًا (25:40)

Walaqad ataw AAala alqaryati allatee omtirat matara alssawi afalam yakoonoo yarawnaha bal kanoo la yarjoona nushooran

وَإِذَا رَأَوْكَ إِن يَتَّخِذُونَكَ إِلَّا هُزُوًا أَهَذَا الَّذِي بَعَثَ اللَّهُ رَسُولًا (25:41)

Waitha raawka in yattakhithoonaka illa huzuwan ahatha allathee baAAatha Allahu rasoolan

إِن كَادَ لَيُضِلُّنَا عَنْ آلِهَتِنَا لَوْلَا أَن صَبَرْنَا عَلَيْهَا وَسَوْفَ يَعْلَمُونَ حِينَ يَرَوْنَ الْعَذَابَ مَنْ أَضَلُّ سَبِيلًا (25:42)

In kada layudilluna AAan alihatina lawla an sabarna AAalayha wasawfa yaAAlamoona heena yarawna alAAathaba man adallu sabeelan

أَرَأَيْتَ مَنِ اتَّخَذَ إِلَهَهُ هَوَاهُ أَفَأَنتَ تَكُونُ عَلَيْهِ وَكِيلًا (25:43)

Araayta mani ittakhatha ilahahu hawahu afaanta takoonu AAalayhi wakeelan

Seest thou such a one as taketh for his god his own passion (or impulse)? Couldst thou be a disposer of affairs for him? - 25:43 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:44 
أَمْ تَحْسَبُ أَنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ يَسْمَعُونَ أَوْ يَعْقِلُونَ إِنْ هُمْ إِلَّا كَالْأَنْعَامِ بَلْ هُمْ أَضَلُّ سَبِيلًا (25:44)

Am tahsabu anna aktharahum yasmaAAoona aw yaAAqiloona in hum illa kaalanAAami bal hum adallu sabeelan

أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى رَبِّكَ كَيْفَ مَدَّ الظِّلَّ وَلَوْ شَاء لَجَعَلَهُ سَاكِنًا ثُمَّ جَعَلْنَا الشَّمْسَ عَلَيْهِ دَلِيلًا (25:45)

Alam tara ila rabbika kayfa madda alththilla walaw shaa lajaAAalahu sakinan thumma jaAAalna alshshamsa AAalayhi daleelan

وَهُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ اللَّيْلَ لِبَاسًا وَالنَّوْمَ سُبَاتًا وَجَعَلَ النَّهَارَ نُشُورًا (25:47)

Wahuwa allathee jaAAala lakumu allayla libasan waalnnawma subatan wajaAAala alnnahara nushooran

وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ الرِّيَاحَ بُشْرًا بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَحْمَتِهِ وَأَنزَلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَاء مَاء طَهُورًا (25:48)

Wahuwa allathee arsala alrriyaha bushran bayna yaday rahmatihi waanzalna mina alssamai maan tahooran

لِنُحْيِيَ بِهِ بَلْدَةً مَّيْتًا وَنُسْقِيَهُ مِمَّا خَلَقْنَا أَنْعَامًا وَأَنَاسِيَّ كَثِيرًا (25:49)

Linuhyiya bihi baldatan maytan wanusqiyahu mimma khalaqna anAAaman waanasiyya katheeran

وَلَقَدْ صَرَّفْنَاهُ بَيْنَهُمْ لِيَذَّكَّرُوا فَأَبَى أَكْثَرُ النَّاسِ إِلَّا كُفُورًا (25:50)

Walaqad sarrafnahu baynahum liyaththakkaroo faaba aktharu alnnasi illa kufooran

وَلَوْ شِئْنَا لَبَعَثْنَا فِي كُلِّ قَرْيَةٍ نَذِيرًا (25:51)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Walaw shina labaAAathna fee kulli qaryatin natheeran

Had it been Our Will, We could have sent a warner to every centre of population. - 25:51 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:52 
فَلَا تُطِعِ الْكَافِرِينَ وَجَاهِدْهُم بِهِ جِهَادًا كَبِيرًا (25:52)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Fala tutiAAi alkafireena wajahidhum bihi jihadan kabeeran

وَهُوَ الَّذِي مَرَجَ الْبَحْرَيْنِ هَذَا عَذْبٌ فُرَاتٌ وَهَذَا مِلْحٌ أُجَاجٌ وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَهُمَا بَرْزَخًا وَحِجْرًا مَّحْجُورًا (25:53)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Wahuwa allathee maraja albahrayni hatha AAathbun furatun wahatha milhun ojajun wajaAAala baynahuma barzakhan wahijran mahjooran

وَهُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ مِنَ الْمَاء بَشَرًا فَجَعَلَهُ نَسَبًا وَصِهْرًا وَكَانَ رَبُّكَ قَدِيرًا (25:54)

Wahuwa allathee khalaqa mina almai basharan fajaAAalahu nasaban wasihran wakana rabbuka qadeeran

وَيَعْبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ مَا لَا يَنفَعُهُمْ وَلَا يَضُرُّهُمْ وَكَانَ الْكَافِرُ عَلَى رَبِّهِ ظَهِيرًا (25:55)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

WayaAAbudoona min dooni Allahi ma la yanfaAAuhum wala yadurruhum wakana alkafiru AAala rabbihi thaheeran

Yet do they worship, besides Allah, things that can neither profit them nor harm them: and the Misbeliever is a helper (of Evil), against his own Lord! - 25:55 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:56 
وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلَّا مُبَشِّرًا وَنَذِيرًا (25:56)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Wama arsalnaka illa mubashshiran wanatheeran

قُلْ مَا أَسْأَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ إِلَّا مَن شَاء أَن يَتَّخِذَ إِلَى رَبِّهِ سَبِيلًا (25:57)

Qul ma asalukum AAalayhi min ajrin illa man shaa an yattakhitha ila rabbihi sabeelan

وَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى الْحَيِّ الَّذِي لَا يَمُوتُ وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِهِ وَكَفَى بِهِ بِذُنُوبِ عِبَادِهِ خَبِيرًا (25:58)

Watawakkal AAala alhayyi allathee la yamootu wasabbih bihamdihi wakafa bihi bithunoobi AAibadihi khabeeran

الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ ثُمَّ اسْتَوَى عَلَى الْعَرْشِ الرَّحْمَنُ فَاسْأَلْ بِهِ خَبِيرًا (25:59)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Allathee khalaqa alssamawati waalarda wama baynahuma fee sittati ayyamin thumma istawa AAala alAAarshi alrrahmanu faisal bihi khabeeran

وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ اسْجُدُوا لِلرَّحْمَنِ قَالُوا وَمَا الرَّحْمَنُ أَنَسْجُدُ لِمَا تَأْمُرُنَا وَزَادَهُمْ نُفُورًا (25:60)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Waitha qeela lahumu osjudoo lilrrahmani qaloo wama alrrahmanu anasjudu lima tamuruna wazadahum nufooran

تَبَارَكَ الَّذِي جَعَلَ فِي السَّمَاء بُرُوجًا وَجَعَلَ فِيهَا سِرَاجًا وَقَمَرًا مُّنِيرًا (25:61)

Tabaraka allathee jaAAala fee alssamai buroojan wajaAAala feeha sirajan waqamaran muneeran

وَهُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَ اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ خِلْفَةً لِّمَنْ أَرَادَ أَن يَذَّكَّرَ أَوْ أَرَادَ شُكُورًا (25:62)

Wahuwa allathee jaAAala allayla waalnnahara khilfatan liman arada an yaththakkara aw arada shukooran

وَعِبَادُ الرَّحْمَنِ الَّذِينَ يَمْشُونَ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ هَوْنًا وَإِذَا خَاطَبَهُمُ الْجَاهِلُونَ قَالُوا سَلَامًا (25:63)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

WaAAibadu alrrahmani allatheena yamshoona AAala alardi hawnan waitha khatabahumu aljahiloona qaloo salaman

وَالَّذِينَ يَبِيتُونَ لِرَبِّهِمْ سُجَّدًا وَقِيَامًا (25:64)

Waallatheena yabeetoona lirabbihim sujjadan waqiyaman

Waallatheena yaqooloona rabbana isrif AAanna AAathaba jahannama inna AAathabaha kana gharaman

Waallatheena itha anfaqoo lam yusrifoo walam yaqturoo wakana bayna thalika qawaman

وَالَّذِينَ لَا يَدْعُونَ مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَهًا آخَرَ وَلَا يَقْتُلُونَ النَّفْسَ الَّتِي حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ إِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ وَلَا يَزْنُونَ وَمَن يَفْعَلْ ذَلِكَ يَلْقَ أَثَامًا (25:68)

Waallatheena la yadAAoona maAAa Allahi ilahan akhara wala yaqtuloona alnnafsa allatee harrama Allahu illa bialhaqqi wala yaznoona waman yafAAal thalika yalqa athaman

يُضَاعَفْ لَهُ الْعَذَابُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَيَخْلُدْ فِيهِ مُهَانًا (25:69)

YudaAAaf lahu alAAathabu yawma alqiyamati wayakhlud feehi muhanan

Illa man taba waamana waAAamila AAamalan salihan faolaika yubaddilu Allahu sayyiatihim hasanatin wakana Allahu ghafooran raheeman

Unless he repents, believes, and works righteous deeds, for Allah will change the evil of such persons into good, and Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful, - 25:70 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:71 
وَمَن تَابَ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحًا فَإِنَّهُ يَتُوبُ إِلَى اللَّهِ مَتَابًا (25:71)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Waman taba waAAamila salihan fainnahu yatoobu ila Allahi mataban

And whoever repents and does good has truly turned to Allah with an (acceptable) conversion;- - 25:71 (Ali)

وَالَّذِينَ لَا يَشْهَدُونَ الزُّورَ وَإِذَا مَرُّوا بِاللَّغْوِ مَرُّوا كِرَامًا (25:72)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Waallatheena la yashhadoona alzzoora waitha marroo biallaghwi marroo kiraman

Those who witness no falsehood, and, if they pass by futility, they pass by it with honourable (avoidance); - 25:72 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:73 
وَالَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِّرُوا بِآيَاتِ رَبِّهِمْ لَمْ يَخِرُّوا عَلَيْهَا صُمًّا وَعُمْيَانًا (25:73)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Waallatheena itha thukkiroo biayati rabbihim lam yakhirroo AAalayha summan waAAumyanan

Those who, when they are admonished with the Signs of their Lord, droop not down at them as if they were deaf or blind; - 25:73 (Ali)   


 
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:74 
وَالَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ وَاجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا (25:74)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Waallatheena yaqooloona rabbana hab lana min azwajina wathurriyyatina qurrata aAAyunin waijAAalna lilmuttaqeena imaman

And those who pray, "Our Lord! Grant unto us wives and offspring who will be the comfort of our eyes, and give us (the grace) to lead the righteous." - 25:74 (Ali)

أُوْلَئِكَ يُجْزَوْنَ الْغُرْفَةَ بِمَا صَبَرُوا وَيُلَقَّوْنَ فِيهَا تَحِيَّةً وَسَلَامًا (25:75)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Olaika yujzawna alghurfata bima sabaroo wayulaqqawna feeha tahiyyatan wasalaman

Those are the ones who will be rewarded with the highest place in heaven, because of their patient constancy: therein shall they be met with salutations and peace, - 25:75 (Ali)

خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا حَسُنَتْ مُسْتَقَرًّا وَمُقَامًا (25:76)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Khalideena feeha hasunat mustaqarran wamuqaman

Al-Furqan (The Criterion) - 25:77 
قُلْ مَا يَعْبَأُ بِكُمْ رَبِّي لَوْلَا دُعَاؤُكُمْ فَقَدْ كَذَّبْتُمْ فَسَوْفَ يَكُونُ لِزَامًا (25:77)

Basit -   Hussari -   Minshawi -  f

Qul ma yaAAbao bikum rabbee lawla duAAaokum faqad kaththabtum fasawfa yakoonu lizaman

Say (to the Rejecters): "My Lord is not uneasy because of you if ye call not on Him: But ye have indeed rejected (Him), and soon will come the inevitable (punishment)!" - 25:77 (Ali)
