Yearly and quarterly schedule should be fit nicely on letter size papers, if not please check the following:

1. Paper Orientation/Layout
The paper orientation/layout on printer setting should be "Landscape".
How to do that: On your browser menu please go to:
"File" --> "Print" -->"Layout"-->check "Landscape" --> "Print".  (click here to see image description).
Most the times this help. If not check the bellow step.

2. Page Margins
All page margins (top, left, right, bottom) must be set to 0.75 inches (Internet Explorer default setting). 
How to do that?  On your browser menu please go to:
"File" --> "Page Setup" --> under margins boxes, make sure all 0.75 inches-->then click "OK". (click here to see image description).
