12th day of the Islamic month of Rabi' al-awwal, approximately 570 CE also known as the "Year of the Elephant" in the Arabian city of Makkah was when God decided to send down to earth a "Mercy to Humanity."

A Unique Prophet Beyond Hatred - by Dr. Aslam Abdullah Dr. Aslam is a resident scholar at IslamiCity. He has a Ph.D. in Communications from the University Of London.
