U.N.: Possible War Crimes in Yemen

A United Nations panel has blamed all sides involved in Yemen's civil war for committing possible war crimes.

A report by the UN experts says there is reason to believe that the governments of Yemen, Saudi Arabia and, the UAE are responsible for human rights violations.

It also says that Houthi rebels may have tortured prisoners.

The war in Yemen erupted in March 2015. Saudi Arabia and the UAE are leading a western-backed coalition trying to restore the internationally recognised government of exiled Yemeni President Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi who was forced out of the capital Sanaa by Iranian backed Houthi fighters.
